Clean hotel (mostly), great location, friendly housekeepers, spacey front desk staff, breakfast woefully underserved. This hotel is nice, but our towels had stains on them. The housekeepers went out of their way to accommodate us, but the front desk never answered the phone when I called down from our room, 5 times. I finally went downstairs to collect our complementary...

We enjoyed Lark's for lunch which is in the hotel. Excellent food, atmosphere and service. I had toasted bagel with smoked salmon, caramelized onions, cream cheese, capers and potato salad. Today they had split pea and ham. Their salads look wonderful!

Super cute historical hotel right downtown! Staff if super friendly and smiley, the room was very comfortable especially the bed! Additionally it was very quiet even though the hotel was full that night. It also very convenient to have a complimentary parking reserved for the hotel guests. The location is awesome, you can walk everywhere: shops, restaurants, Lithia park etc....

Love the Ashland Springs Hotel! Great beds, glass and silver, not plastic anything, rooms are comfortable and reflect the old charm of the hotel. Breakfast is exceptional! Staff is exceptional, and good eats are within an easy walk.

We are so glad we stayed at this historic downtown hotel. Our room was very comfortable but small. The setting and staff were excellent and the breakfast was delicious with the best selection of quality food we had on our trip.

Stayed here twice (December 2016 and March 2017). We enjoyed both stays with most recent being our wedding anniversary. Staff is friendly, rooms are not huge but plenty bog enough. The place is clean, cozy from the lobby to the mattress. Continental breakfast offers more than the usual hotels (hot and cold). Park your car, at no charge, and walk...

We have stayed at this hotel twice. We love the history, the graciousness of the staff and it's location in Ashland. You can walk anywhere. The theaters is right up the street, a good restaurant in the hotel itself and so many sweet restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are selctive since it is older, be sure to qualify what you...

Small rooms. The bathrooms are really small. Good location. Can walk around downtown. The free breakfast was nice. They also had coffee and tea bar to take advantage of. Free parking behind the hotel.

Well restored old hotel with very friendly staff in beautiful town. Rooms may be smallish but that comes with older hotels. Easy walking distance from interesting stores and restaurants. Close to Shakespeare Festival

We love Ashland and chose this lovingly preserved hotel in the heart of downtown for a romantic weekend getaway. While the hotel building didn't disappoint, the staff did nothing to make us feel welcome during our stay. Check-in was efficiently handled by a somewhat terse front desk clerk. Her demeanor was surprising since this is top tier hotel in a...
