We stayed here with our five kids, ages 6 mos to 12 years. I'm a bit of a hotel snob and was very skeptical about the pets welcome situation. I'm not a person who stays at lodges or camps or does anything outdoorsy. We LOVED this place!! It was so clean, and the staff was genuinely SO nice! They weren't... More

Keith - I am sorry for your recent experience at Callahan's. If you return again during your travels, the smoked salmon will be on the house and I will personally ensure that the Hot-tubs are extra clean for your arrival. Our protocols for ensuring a high customer experience appear to have failed during your stay and will be corrected immediately. More

My husband surprised me with a getaway for our 10 year anniversary and it was amazing! He went up earlier in the day and spread rose petals and set up candles in the bedroom area. Quin who was working down stairs was very kind, and lit the candles for my husband so everything was perfect and ready when we arrived!... More

First and foremost, the staff in this hotel could not have possibly been more accommodating. They were excellent and so very friendly, and that always vastly improves a stay anywhere. The pet rabbits had babies a few weeks before our stay, so I must say it was a highlight of our trip to be able to watch the baby bunnies... More

Very quiet, peaceful place to go with your significant other. The jacuzzi and fireplace in room is very romantic. The husband and I had some champagne, and with the ambience of a fire was very nice evening. The primerib dinner was delicious too!

This was the best room and facility I have found yet. The ambience is warm, inviting and very romantic. Large rooms adorned in rustic elegance with jetted tubs and a fireplace make this a perfect place to share with someone you love. The decor is uniquely beautiful and the beds are the most comfortable I've ever found in any rental.... More

This is a really wonderful location for a winter get-a-way. The price was a bit steep (at almost $300 per night) but had a private fireplace and whirlpool tub. This is a privately owned lodge so there are quirky little things here and there that one owned by a company would allow (like the toilet bowl brush behind the stacked... More

This was our first overnight stay. The wood burning fireplace, jacuzzi tub for two, and large room with a balcony was the best value we have ever found in a lodge setting.
