What a find, the rooms are completely remodeled. The hotels lobby is going through remodel, minor inconvenience. They said it will be finished by end of February. Will definitely stay here in the future.
Alex was kind and clear and professional settling a price confusion of the family in front of me. He smiled and greeted me each time I saw him, he anticipated need for towels in the pool area when he saw me heading in, cheerfully suggested...More
We arrived at our room to be greeted by an awful smell. While my husband was bringing in the luggage I found a container of old Chinese food and spoiled milk in the refrigerator. I called the front desk and told them what was going...More

HI, I am no longer connected with the Hotel but I do know this. Choice will not advise the Hotel's to "lose" the reservations but by the same token they will not back the customer up. Ultimately they will tell you that the properties are independently owned and it is up to the ownership. Check the chain out- Best Western, La Quinta, Marriot, and the Holiday inns will always make it right. You will pay more up front but you won't be cheated either. I don't think the States attorney will do anything. A contract requires money to change hands. That hasn't happened here. The most you can do is go on every travel site you can find and tell your story. Read the reviews of this Hotel. Short changing the guest has been a tradition.
