This property is badly in need of a refurb. It has stains on carpet, walls, etc. The air conditioner rattles. The staff was OK. We left before breakfast so can't comment on that. The pool is open 24 hours which is nice.More

This place has changed names twice in what seems like less than a year. When we stayed not long ago it was an EconoLodge. It was still under construction at that time and the dust/smell/etc that comes along with that is why I gave it...More

The hotel at the 251 Airport Rd address is “Quality Inn”. It’s located between 2 busy free/highways, I-5 and OR 99. It’s next door to the Super 8 motel and Chevron gas station, and across the street from Taco Bell and Carl’s Jr. The reason...More

HI, I am no longer connected with the Hotel but I do know this. Choice will not advise the Hotel's to "lose" the reservations but by the same token they will not back the customer up. Ultimately they will tell you that the properties are independently owned and it is up to the ownership. Check the chain out- Best Western, La Quinta, Marriot, and the Holiday inns will always make it right. You will pay more up front but you won't be cheated either. I don't think the States attorney will do anything. A contract requires money to change hands. That hasn't happened here. The most you can do is go on every travel site you can find and tell your story. Read the reviews of this Hotel. Short changing the guest has been a tradition.
