My sister and I visited this hotel in September. Hotel respect Covid 19 rules:) HOTEL The hotel is clean, with beautiful environment, the polite staff, good food and drink. The location of the hotel is great. Also, during the stay at the hotel you will not hear the noise from center and main street. STAFF The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, always smiling even when they have a lot of work. They will answer at every request in short time . ROOMS Rooms are nice, regularly cleaned every day, Also, in bathroom, you have shower gel, shampoo, etc. Towels in your room will be changed every day. FOOD AND DRINKS-RESTAURANT AND BAR In the restaurant you have good selection of dishes. Also, your bread and cutlery will be in plastic and paper bag, great thing in Corona pandemic. In bar you have selection of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages . In the evening you can choose cocktails in the bar. POOL AND GARDEN Hotel have nice pools. All the pools are clean. You will enjoy in beautiful garden around the hotel. BODRUM Nice small city, can be nicer and tidier The city beach has a small part of public beach/ 10 square meters / which has no shower or toilet, as well as deck chairs. City beach occupied by private restaurants :( A big drawback for a tourist town like Bodrum Is there something that we did not like during the vacation? The answer is yes. The hotel can be a bit cleaner/have 5*/ and maybe a little bit renovated. The big drawback of the hotel is that hotel does not have hotels part of the beach on the city beach. You are forced to pay for deck chairs, that are occupied by private restaurants on the city beach.

Our stay in this resort was disappointing for the following reasons and more: - The first room had electrical issues so the electricity would go suddenly without reason. - We relocated to another room. After 2 hours we noticed the AC is too small and not even working. The temperature outside was 35C. - We relocated to a 3rd room at midnight, again the AC was too small for the room and barely enough to cool it down. I asked for an extra fan, they told me there isn't. - The all inclusive concept is just a bait. You have to pay for the spa, pay for your drinks, pay for everything other than food. Even the turkish hammam, they say it's free, well it's not in reality. - The mini bar in the rooms is empty (which 5 stars hotel doesn't fill the minibar???) - The room cleaning service is intrusive, I press the do not disturb button, they still go inside the room to put 2 sachets of Nescafe, and don't even clean the room. - I asked for tissue papers, 3 times, never got any. - I killed 2 massive spiders in my room although I never opened the window from the heat outside, these were resident spiders. In addition to spiders, ants were invading the room. - The food in the food court is disappointing, most of the time the food is mushy and I had leave most of the food as it was inedible. - I took a SPA appointment with my wife, one at 3pm and one at 4pm (because there is only one masseuse), they call me at 2pm and they say they need to postpone our 4pm appointment to accommodate another client.... how professional is that??? - The food court staff are rude and to avoid serving you they pretend they dont understand English, for example: "1 diet pepsi with ice please", he puts the cup below the fanta and gives me a look 🤨. Diet pepsi, how difficult is that??? In summary, we chose this resort because of it's 5 stars rating and its proximity to the beach but we paid the price, this hotel should be rated 3 stars at max. Avoid it at any cost.

We are have arrived at the hotel with two children. we were placed in a room which was 10 meters from the restaurant in which loud music was constantly playing. I asked to change our room, but the hotel employee told me that music is playing equally loudly in all rooms of the hotel and he can do nothing about it. if you have a desire to listen to loud music day and night, this hotel is the best choice.

We only booked in for 1 night for a short stay in Bodrum. Hotel was easy to find, has parking and a short walk into town. Rooms were spacious and clean with tea/coffee making facilities. Only downside was no hot water. Breakfast was good, great choice for all of us
