Stayed in Ramada Ankara Hotel recently; Location-Central Ankara a busy spot. Nice cafe & restaurants in walking distance; Rooms-Small! Nicely decorated and efficient. Service-Excellent Welcome & Lobby Service; all smily and friendly people around! I m pretty disappointed with the restaurant on ground floor; servants are not qualified enough and a bit ignorant. No Gym or Sauna is in service...

Ok, first of all, the people who work there vary. Some are great and some are not. Some speak some english, some speak none (not that you shouldn't be traveling with your handy dandy Turkish language pocket book). The rooms are fine, at least my room on the non smoking 5th floor was fine. So if you don't smoke, choose...

I stayed in this hotel for the second time and I don't have any regret. It has a wonderful location for Ankara. Serving and staff are alright and helpful. It'S good to stay one or two nights for business purposes. You can reach anywhere in Ankara very easiliy. I surely recommend it.

I found all of the staff in the hotel especially friendly and helpful. The room was a little small with slightly noisy air-con but it was clean and had a very good shower. The bed could have used a new mattress though. Quite a good breakfast buffet and a nice bar & restaurant. Very good location for evenings out and...

The hotel is comfortable and well located in the downtown area. Many restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Although you are on a busy street, it is not very noisy in the rooms which is a good feature. The hotel itself has a very nice restaurant with terraces outside, so great place to have some refreshments late afternoon and just...

There is nothing I could complain about in this hotel. I can’t say much about the location, cause I did not manage to get an overview of the city, but it is walking distance from the “Pub - Street” which is the drinking and eating hotspot in Ankara - so I was told. The rooms were good, clean and big...

Stayed there one night in november 2011, booked a single room. The hotel is located on one of the well known streets in Ankara, called Tunali with shops and embassies nearby. Transportation is not very easy if you wont call a cab. There are buses being operated by municipality however it is not easy to manage being a foreigner. Subway...

Supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out after one. No non smoking rooms, room smelt of smoke, bar closed, restuarant closed. Breakfast was poor, staff not particularly pleasant. Would definately not stay again.

Ankara used to be badly served on decent hotels, but times are changing. This Ramada hotel is a good exemple: nice modern rooms, excellent wellness/pool facilities, good service... Only downside is restaurant (inside); not exactly very cosy.

“Try and get a room on the 5th or 6th floor. This hotel sits right on a very busy street and the noise is terrible at times especially when the Turks are constantly blowing their car horns. Also, try to get a room on the backside of the hotel that does not get the direct sunlight all day. I stayed in the "executive" room on the 5th floor. I arrived at the latter part of October and, because the hotel has central air conditioning/heating, they have switched over to heat mode for the winter. My room got so hot during the day I couldn't stay in it, even with the one window open.”
