Hotel needs improvement. Room is rather large but is There was smell coming out of the sewer in bathroom area, poor sound proofing because we can hear all night party music across club and very poor room/customer service.

I booked this room on the basis that it was big. I also liked what I saw in the pictures. It's what you will get but upon closer inspection this is where you will see the flaws and they outweigh the good points. I'm not a choosy or picky person but having recently stayed at Brentwood Suites our stay at...

Poor customer service, soiled towel with blood clots. AC had to be adjusted several times before it gets cool like I had to wait more than 12 hours. Took two IT personnel to get the Wi-Fi working. No supervisor on duty for the night shift. DO NOT SPEND YOUR NEW YEAR. NO GOOD.. tsk... My only consolacion is the shower....

I arrived at the Imperial Palace Suites a bit late as the traffic was bad, the reception knew this so allowed us to check in later. The hotel appeared clean. In our room were cups, but no kettle or supplies of tea, coffee nor any milk. After a couple of calls to reception a kettle was delivered with no supplies...

I think the management should rethink of a name for this hotel. This is a palace which is breaking down if not already broken! Most of their facilities are non-functional (i.e. Electric kettle, aircon, fridge is not working, dressing lights, tv channels are crap). Not to mention we booked for a premium suite. I wonder how a standard room would...

My cousins and I stayed from Dec. 5-7, 2016. When you first enter the room you think its great because it seems more spacious (stayed there annually from 2002-2008 when the rooms were still 2-bedroom configurations). Then you notice the furniture is scuffed and mismatched. But never mind that. When my nephew walked barefoot, one look at his feet and...

The room was big and nice. The location was good too. However, the customer service sucks! The management needs to get its staff some crash course in customer relations. I traveled to accompany my wife in Manila. Because i had no more leave credits I had to work online so I expected that the internet connection of the hotel was...

My friends and I had a small gathering over the weekend. Room was okay and renovated. My only concern is the front desk keeps on calling us and telling that there's visiting hours until 10pm. We already explained that only 4guest will be sleeping and the rest will go home. But still wouldn't let it go and guard keeps on...

I have stayed in the Imperial Palace Suites Quezon City for a few times this year and last year, and in my personal opinion the room standards are getting lower. During my most recent stay the housekeeping didn't provide any amenities except for the two bath towel. There wasn't anything even a tissue roll. Good thing bidet is available. The...
