My family and I had a great stay in this hotel. Everyone is nice and very accommodating. The staff are always attending our needs right away especially the housekeeping department. We recommend this hotel for those who wants to relax with their family. They are strict in following safety procedures and protocols.

Very friendly staff who went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. The buffet at Market Cafe with live kitchen was beyond excellent. Room with a majestic view of Manila Bay was very clean and spacious. Great location which is situated right at the heart of Manila. I highly recommend this hotel.
We booked and paid our reservation weeks earlier for our NYE holiday through their website and was only told when we check in that the price/package/promo and received our conformation email and then settled however when we went to check in we were asked to pay 7K+ more and they had an error in reservations and gave us the incorrect bill. So we did, in the spirit of holiday. We let that slide. NYE countdown was also a let down. We had to take our dinner somewhere else because it was fully booked, arrived 30 mins before midnight. I asked for the bartender if we can get party hats and poppers, and was told there isn't any and its per table(color coded). As far as Im concern the tickets they were selling had one price. The guy handed me one as if I owe him that party hat. It wasn't even 30% full (given its allowed restricted capacity) again, I let that slide. On our 3rd night. We ordered room service. We order for 3 meal, food arrived with just 2 dishes, the nice waiter told us the other dish was not available and asked if they informed us. NO ONE CALLED. So called again. One of the dish they served was raw! Called again to ask if they can replace it, but they served another batch of chicken HEAVILY FLOURED. I had to eat the Like the chef/cook was upset that we had to call out for their RAW chicken. The experience was horrible because we had to eat the dishes one after another, separately because of room service lack of organization and communication. Went down to reception to share the experience and the lady said they will investigate. I asked them to keep me posted. And she promised because it was already late. I let that slide again. When we checked out, the lady at the reception had a hard time articulating the bill and that I owed them more. She was throwing off charges like extra bed, breakfast buffet. No Extra bed was requested and buffet was already included. I got upset and asked for the Duty manager/ GM The final straw was the Manager offering me to void the charges. I was truly insulted. I asked him what he can do for me to compensate for terrible experience and service. He didn't know. He wanted me to tell him. If I wanted the monetary, I would have. But I didn't. I told the reception last night, I am not looking for any monetary compensation because its mainly about the GUEST experience and how they treated us. The food incident, the promise of an update, handed me over to different people to talk to and even brought the chef! There's no Accountability and lack of Communication and Professional Courtesy. To begin with, its was their ERROR with their False advertising. The experience in this hotel did not deserve a 5 star rating.…
The staff here are very friendly and accommodating, they all are filled with positive energy which left a good impression on us especially during the new year. We will come here again soon, happy new year!
