I found this place by accident!!! Wish I had found or known about it from the start!!! I stayed in the Philippines for two Months; and this one one of the cleaniest, most spacious rooms I had!!! The front Desk Staff, is courteous, helpful, and go out of there way to be helpful!!! The room service is great, and House...

30 minute taxi ride from the airport NAIA. Check-in was easy and quick. All staff was warm and welcoming, looked like a well run hotel. Try to get a room with a view, and you will have a wonderful view of Manila Bay. No wi-fi, but they could assist in getting internet through cable. The hotel has a restaurant, said...

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. We have stayed in several hotels in Manila and the Boulevard Mansion is the best for the price. We chose the studio room for 1,500php ($30) over the one bedroom for 1,850PHP ($36) because we weren't going to have anyone over to visit us. Both rooms were very spacious. We were able to cook several...

I stayed at the Boulevard Mansion in Manila and have nothing but good things to say about it. The Staff and all that worked there were the nicest people; More friendly and courteous and accomodating than any I have experienced here in the United States. The Hotel was, undoubtedly , the cleanest place I have ever stayed, anywhere. If ever...

After reviewing economical hotels/condotels, I chose to stay at the Boulevard Mansion Hotel. We arrived 1 am, and the three friendly guards immediately went for our van doors when we pulled up. Before I knew it, our luggage was being collected by the guards and porter. Check in was a breeze and the hotel lobby was clean and beautiful. At...

We stayed at this hotel twice last year...the first time was in April 2006 then in Nov 2006. We paid $35/day and i could say that its DEFINITELY worth your money. The staff are very cordial and willing to help you anytime. You wouldnt feel that you were robbed off your money after staying at Boulevard Mansion. The view is...

Stayed on the 10th floor. 30 bucks a night was well worth it. Fully stocked kitchen, very clean. Only place i stayed at in the philippines where i did not see any bugs/smells, so i dont know what the other guy was talking about. Stayed there 3 days. I would go back in a second.

Bugs in the kitchen, overly strict guest policies and lots of noise from 7PM-2AM from the Baywalk entertainment area (if you have a room on the outer wing that faces the side parking lot) and homeless people who live in the parking lot are just some of the problems Boulevard Mansion Hotel has. Insist on a room with an "odd"...
