Will not be staying there again, the hotel is not well maintained, they are doing everything on the cheap. If you are placed in a smoking room you may gag from the smell. Terrible. Much better hotels in this area for same price. I save give it a pass.

Dark corridors and rooms need refurbishment. Been working in the hospitality industry and I can say that the front desk attendant wasn't welcoming at all..I hope they can do renovations since it has a nice location

Check in was quick and we appreciated this considering the late hour. Room and bathroom was clean and linen and towels were fresh. The staff were very friendly and professional. Room was...

I've been using this hotel for around 9 years. It was never "The Ritz" but I didn't expect it to be and for the last couple of years it's been deteriorating. This is what it's like in 2016. There's one man who works in foyer/door and as "bell-boy" who's great - he really is. Will find you a cab and...

Wouldn't reccomend even for my pet. The staff look like they can't be bothered and the. Hotel reflects that attitude right through. It needs millions spent on it to bring it back to even liveable. The floors were dirty and doors stained black in the bottoms. The bathroom smelled and was old and shabby, the bed I wouldn't sleep in...
