Clean, friendly, safe, cheap, nice rooms, quiet, good food, good location, helpful - we enjoyed to visit this pension. It's the perfect place to stay in manila. We would stay here again in future, definitely.

Wife and I stayed here for a few nights. Is a quiet one compared to the rest of the neighbourhood. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Place is clean. Although no W I F I in the rooms has lots of common places to sit outside rooms to use. Would stay here again if we return to the area.

I am a Filipino-Canadian living in Toronto for the past 10 years now. I came to know about Pension Natividad when i worked for the ICMC-US/UN Refugee Program from 1987 to 1993. I usually stay in the dorm or in a room. It has become a home for me whenever i am in Manila. It is owned by a family...

A simple, nice escape from the chaos of Manila. You have to provide your own soap and can rent a towel. Beds are a foam mattress on a hard platform. You have to turn on the hot water heater 15 minutes before showering. The people are very helpful and pleasant. Good food: pizzas, fruit with yogurt, BLT. Internet only in...

This is an unusual place. It's not a hotel. (the rooms don't come with towels or any toiletries...) It's a pension house! A very religious one! I'm not religious but I've stayed here about half a dozen times over the years. The good: 1) the rooms are usually very clean. Although on one visit the room was definitely not up...

Since the last 20 years, I am a regular customer of this Pension Natividad as they operate the pension the same way. Last time, the brother of Gaby was cooking excellent home-made pizza's. The breakfast is good as they offer the best yogurt in town. The rooms and private bathrooms are not luxury and should need some renovation with new...

We stayed here when my boo visited Manila since it was recommended by her sister whose currently based in France. We don't want to spend much on the accommodation so we chose this place. I called beforehand if it's ok to cook. They agreed and told me I just have to pay 20.00 per viand. When we arrived, I put...

No nonence, good place, nice people and good price/quality ratio. I recommend it to the budget traveler that is looking for a hotel/hostel of this type. I personally went there with a friend and stayed at the dorm. For people that are looking for more privacy and luxury you can get your own room.

We normally stay most of the time in Natividad Pension whenever we are in Manila. This family owned and managed business had always given me the best ever service. They are respectful, helpful, and friendly. It has a quality of price for more for more than 25 years that I have been staying there. I highly recommend this place for...
