Its has beautiful grounds with cozy comfortable rooms with a genuine flare. The whole operation is seamless: it is clean and the food is great. Two major components of Pension Natividad that make it the absolute best are the staff and the common spaces. The staff are warm, interested, and helpful. On my many stays here I have grown so...

We stayed there for about one week in mid March 2017. The place is in a lovely art deco building. We stayed on the fourth floor in the back of the building, with two single beds, a fan, and a private bathroom. Room was large and clean. As expected, it gets hot in Manila in March (40 degrees), and being...

This is a wonderful homey pension house. It has been well maintained through the years and many of their rooms have recently renovated bathrooms. The hot water and air-conditioning are reliable. There is good wifi in common areas. They have a cafe that is open 24/7 with yummy healthy options. It is well secured and safe. The staff is helpful...

Classy Art Déco building with hard wood floor makes the experience very different from the average budget hotels; it has aged with elegance. Moreover, although is located in Malate, close to a lot of restaurants and commerce and only two blocks away from the Baywalk, it's far enough from noisy Adriatico St., so you can enjoy a quiet stay here....

The best part about Pension is not its amenities, which are simple but adequate for any budget traveler. The staff are truly the heart and soul of the establishment--from preparing meals at all hours of the night to knowing regular guests by name. I always feel safe when staying at Pension and would recommend staying there to anyone who is...

It was the next best available cheap accommodation we found when we arrived around 6 pm. As we travelled as a couple, it was a little bit annoying that they only had separated dorms (400php per head). Nevertheless, I slept quite well, bathrooms were clean and staff was friendly. Location is good, walking distance to Robinsons Place and LRT1. You...

My family and I are loyal guests of this place since 2003. It's not your typical B&B. This place doesn't have television on their rooms. Wifi is only available at the lobby/cafeteria. There's a reason for this - Pension Natividad is a place for people who have things to do in Manila or are for backpackers who goes in and...

Some say there is only one constant in Life-Change. There are no no amenities such as televisions, pools, or spas which promote self interest, but the lack of those amenities is what makes the place so serene. As a foreigner who has lived and traveled in the Philippines for more than 17 years, I have seen many changes from administrations...

Clean and safe place. Good food, friendly and helpful staff. 24 hrs restaurant and reception. 24 hrs security guard, safety deposit boxes are available for your valuables. I am always here every time I'm in Manila.

I've stayed twice in this pension. Felt safe and comfortable here. Clean rooms! The price difference between a fan room with private bathroom inside or outside is ridiculous. The inside-rooms are much more value for money, though you hear more noise from the street here.
