Kuala Lumpur is lucky to have such a marvelous Hilton property in the heart of KL Sentral.

- Location: The building is attached directly to KL Sentral station via an overground walkway, meaning it’s minutes to reach the metro station, LRT station, KLIA (airport) Ekspres, etc. So seamless. As I had taken the airport train from KUL to the city center, I just followed the signs (which were quite clear), took an elevator, and bam—there I was! To reach KLCC/Petronas Towers from the Hilton, you’ll take the LRT, and you might do so for Central Market and Independence Square as well. The downside to such a central location is that Kuala Lumpur is generally not walkable, and it is practically impossible to walk anywhere from the hotel. A bummer, but at least public transportation is solid here.

- Atmosphere: Oozes full-service Hilton Asia/Pacific vibes from the get-go. A wide-open lobby with tall ceilings, beautiful light fixtures, and classy wood tones.

- Room: My top-floor executive room was outstanding, if not in a bit of a need for new flooring. Despite many scratches and stains on the wood, I noticed the cleanliness of the room overall. The views overlooking KL are simply stunning. I could still hear sirens and traffic faintly from the top floor (floor 35), but it seemed to die down at night and it wasn’t a major issue for me, even as someone sensitive to sound.

- Service: Omar and the front desk team delivered five-star service throughout my stay. The concierge and his crew equally treated me with professionalism and respect. Every member of staff was committed to customer satisfaction, and sure enough, I’m satisfied!

- Amenities: Not one, not two, but, like, eight different restaurants are on the property. I wish I had time to patron each one, but I really only used Vasco’s (on the lobby level) for my dining needs. Note that during Ramadan, it appears that Vasco’s does not serve their a la carte offerings for dinner, rather a prix-fixe, all-you-can-eat buffet. Their buffet WAS delicious, but I should’ve read the fine print a bit more carefully…RM 238 for the whole thing. That’s about 55 USD. Very expensive, but I suppose you do get your money’s worth in the end.

Moreover, there’s an outdoor pool, spa, fitness center, and parking, among other amenities. WiFi was fast. One morning I ate my breakfast at the 33rd floor executive lounge, which was great and features wrap-around windows for exceptional city views.

- Value: Full-service hotels in Malaysia typically offer top-notch value for money, and here was no exception. I would gladly opt for the Hilton on all my future KL visits.

5-Star Rating Review for Hilton Kuala Lumpur

Wah, staying at Hilton Kuala Lumpur is always syok! I’ve stayed here ten times over the years, and every visit really leaves a good impression. This hotel memang top-notch, with superb service, cun amenities, and such warm, friendly staff.

The rooms? Super clean lah! Housekeeping even checks twice a day, so everything always looks fresh and comfortable. It’s like they sprinkle some magic to make sure my room feels brand new every time I come back.

Breakfast at Hilton KL is the bomb! So many choices, seriously. You got everything from local nasi lemak to Western options, and everything is super tasty. Breakfast here really sets you up for the day, confirm no need to makan again until much later.

The staff at Hilton are really the stars. Halilah, the manager of the Executive Lounge, is so friendly and attentive. That lounge feels like a special chillax place, and it’s all thanks to her. Rizal, wah, that guy always makes me laugh. We always crack jokes together, and he really brings that happy vibe. Shaly, Zarif, Momoka, Yukari, and Fatihah are also so bagus, always making sure guests feel welcome. It’s like everyone there really cares, and you can feel the love.

Now, about the GM, Linda… Aiyoh, I’ve heard so many good things about her! People say she’s awesome, but in all my ten stays, I never managed to see her. It’s like she’s the hotel’s very own hantu baik—always working hard behind the scenes, but never showing herself. I even joke sometimes that maybe I should set a ghost trap just to finally catch a glimpse of her! Maybe she’s like the legend of the Loch Ness Monster or something… only appears to the lucky few, you know?

Even though I never met Linda, her team really reflects her leadership. They all do such a great job keeping the hotel feeling top-class, tak payah worry about anything.

Overall, Hilton Kuala Lumpur is really the place to be if you want a luxury experience. I’m always happy to come back and see the friendly faces, relax in comfort, and eat my way through that amazing breakfast. Thanks, Hilton KL team, for always making me feel like a VIP!

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton KL Sentral frequently over the past three years, most recently in December, and I can confidently say it’s my home away from home. The staff consistently go above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, always adding thoughtful personal touches.

The concierge team—Ariff, Khairul, Dino, Dzul, Mahesh, Izhar, Haikal, Afnan, Loges, Moorthy, Sazri, Rahmat, all led by Ronald Ragas—are always on hand to assist. Whether it’s helping with my luggage, meeting me on arrival, or personally escorting me (and all my luggage!) to the train station for my airport journey, their care and attention to detail make every part of my stay seamless and stress-free.

Throughout the hotel, the team know me by my first name, and that personal connection is truly rare and special.

The housekeeping staff—most recently Abdul and Kamrcy—always ensure my room is spotless and perfectly comfortable. They even leave fresh flowers in my room, a thoughtful and sweet gesture that I deeply appreciate.

The Executive Lounge staff, including Rizal, Zariff, Kaliamah, Dinesh, Momoka, Fatihah, Roberto, and Sri Sangkar, all led by Halilah Halim, provide exceptional service with genuine warmth. No request is ever too much, and their efforts always make me feel right at home.

The pool area is another favorite of mine—a beautifully maintained space where the attentive staff, including Syaidi, Wan, Ikhal, Haikal, and Anaz, ensure every comfort is met, always greeting me with smiles.

Thank you to everyone at the Hilton KL Sentral for consistently making my stays so memorable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and can’t wait to return in April.

Access is also very good and in Japan it is a hotel directly connected to Tokyo Station. 30 minutes to the airport
There are also restaurants, supermarkets and donki in the station building. The Twin Towers and access to the Pavilions are good places to visit. There's a bathtub, and the hot water comes out.
Thank God. The room was spacious and I brought some dresses, but there was an iron and a closet that was large and convenient. We had 2 bottles of mineral water per person every day, kettles, tea packs and instant coffee so we could have hot drinks in our rooms. I went in because there is a pool. If you go to the 7th floor, it is directly connected to the pool and gym. There's a slider.
The children were overjoyed. The towels you use in the pool, you go to the pool.
You can borrow it.
The pool is about a meter deep.
Little children are more likely to bring floats
It's a relief. Breakfast buffet consists of bread,
Japanese rice, miso soup, of course,
Malay, Indian, Chinese and
It's a Malaysian multinational dish.
It was very good. And the children.
There's a lot to eat.
My child was addicted to Chinese noodles and ate them every day. Noodles on the spot.
Choose from things like vermicelli, Chinese noodles, konnyaku, soup changes daily
Japanese broth, chicken, kimchi, curry, etc.
There were always three types.
Friends and family have requested a betguard, but they don't have one.
I stuck the daybed and the ottoman to the side of the bed and it didn't fall off. It's also past midnight when the toilet in my friend's room stops running.
When I contacted him, he asked me if it was first thing in the morning or if it was fixed now, and he responded immediately at night.
Be nice to kids and be at Hilton next time
I'll stay. Thank you very much.

The building is starting to show a little signs of age. However, Japanese people will appreciate the fact that all rooms have large bathtubs.
The staff are friendly and hospitable. Not only the Japanese staff, Oose-san, but also the Korean staff, MOON-san, speak perfect Japanese, so even Japanese people who are not good at foreign languages will have no trouble.
There is a wide variety of breakfast options. Fresh tropical fruits, curry laksa, and Malaysian milk tea "Tetali" are recommended, but there is also Indian food and, although there is a limited selection, Japanese food.
The hotel is located next to KL Sentral Station, so it is convenient to go anywhere, as you can use the subway, monorail, and LRT as well as the airport.

Everyone at this hotel was very friendly and helpful
Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of foods from various ethnicities.
The bedroom is very well equipped with free water, tea making facilities and all toiletries including conditioner and body lotion The huge bed was also super comfortable
Gym well equipped and also has a water dispenser.
The executive club on the 33rd floor offers a good variety of food for dinner and afternoon tea and soft drinks, tea and coffee all day.
Unlimited wine and cocktails served by the super attentive staff. Special mention to Fatihha and another Chinese waitress ( sorry we didn’t catch her name) who not only kept us well topped up with drinks all evening, they did it with a cheerful and friendly attitude.

The service at Kuala Lumpur Hilton Hotel is really great!
It is recommended that everyone join Hilton membership!

From before departure, they will give very considerate and warm reminders and cares. When checking into the room, because of the membership, sometimes the room will have small cards and small things handwritten by the staff, which makes people feel full of happiness!

In addition, I have been to hotels in many countries, and it is rare to see luggage carts wrapped entirely with exclusive cloth. On the one hand, guests’ luggage can be kept private, and on the other hand, it is not easy to get dirty or fall off. It is really great!

There are also WhatsApp reminders to care about you at any time. Even when I pressed Do Not Disturb in my room, they immediately asked via WhatsApp if it needs cleaning? Really considerate service! Recommended to everyone

It is an excellent 5-star hotel, a high-rise tower, with the adjacent Hotel Le Meridien, convenient to reach from the airport as it is located above Sentral Station where the Klia Express train arrives, direct from the airport, in 30 minutes.
Above a very lively shopping center and public transport hub.
Hotel with important and beautiful entrance hall, many types of restaurants.
It has won many awards, with plaques displayed in the elevator area on the room floors.
Warm and professional welcome, we had an upgrade to a panoramic, quiet and comfortable suite. Corridors with carpet, large and silent.
Large panoramic swimming pool, 8th floor, with Jacuzzi, picturesque "cave" path with waterfalls and slides, corner with pots of aromatic plants, well-equipped gym, Spa.
Presence of Executive Lounge for Hilton Honors Diamond customers, on the upper floors, with courteous staff and excellent meals.
Breakfast on the ground floor, high quality and choice of every type, continental, Indian, Chinese, Malaysian.
The chefs are very professional, and they provide training to young people, which is much appreciated.
The General Manager is a very energetic and always present, customer-oriented young woman.
International business and tourism clientele.
Correct prices for the quality of service.
A great discovery and we will definitely return with more time to visit the city.
