Stayed for 2 nights . The location needless to say is absolutely strategy in heart of Bukit Bintang, 3mins walk to Pavilion and attached links and bridge walk to KLCC / LRT/ monorails. Opposite streets cuts thru Jln Imbi. Basically all within walking distance.

Rooms are small but yet comfortable and contemporarily designed. Surprisingly the shower room is spacious. Shower heads are strong so the shower was really enjoyable. The hairdryer fortunately was a decent power quality.

They have coffee machine as well to meet your daily fix if u so need. Amneties are sufficiently equipped ready in room without having to call reception to request. I do appreciate this!

However at night there are ocassional disturbing noise of the water gushing in the toilets. The pipes perhaps but can sound scary with the sudden noise distracting.

Was given a welcome drink on top floor bar but didnt have time to use it.

We stayed here in February 2020. The hotel has a prime location and is pretty nice and modern. The hotel itself is very dark inside in a trendy way, it reminded me of the a capsule hotel I stayed at one night while transiting through Tokyo. It is very close to a few malls, train and monorail. It walking distance to some places but maybe too hot to walk for first timers to KL or this region.

Our room was a good size, it had slippers, shampoo, coffee, tea, bottled water and all the extras and was clean. The room didn't have a window which was disappointing, not sure if I missed the window option when I booked or not. The sink is in the actual main room which I have never had before and the toilet and shower both had their own separate rooms. A note, if you are a light sleeper who wakes up easy, you constantly hear the toilets from the rooms flushing at night. Also the bed was against the wall so every time my wife woke up to use the toilet she would have to crawl over me to get off the bed. It is well insulated from the outside noise though so you don't need to worry about the honks or traffic all night. There is also a good wifi connection in the room and electrical outlets.

The staff up in the Latino Chino were absolutely great, the barman had skills too. The buffet which I think was 44 ringgit was just okay. Only okay because it had a pretty good selection but the cooked food wasn't made fresh as in had been sitting there probably since starting, we got there around 9:15am. The build your own congee was probably the highlight for us. If you get there at open it would most likely be really nice.

The thing that brings my experience down is the front desk staff. They seemed completely disinterested in us on every interaction we had with them. I remember being weirded out how cold they were at check-in, overall just completely cold. It felt as though we needed to be extra nice to them for letting us stay there like we were an inconvenience. You know a smile goes a long way, even if it is fake! We will be back in September, doubtful I will come back here.

My son always request to stay at this hotel again, this time we get a window room and it is even more comfort and luxury. The seat by the window is my son favourite spot to view the LRT. The hotel once again give us a very good impression and feel safe for kid to stay over.

In term of safety during this Covid-19 period, can see that the security officers strictly enforce everyone to scan the 2D barcode for registration & have temperature scanning prior entering the lobby.
All the frontdesks are also wearing facemask and hand sanitizer are also provided at the entrance, lobby & in lifts.

This is my first stay here after the new management took over. check-in was a breeze and staffs were all very polite and professional and that gives me a great start to my stay.

Rooms are newly renovated so the design are pretty up to date. rooms are spacious ! i took the room with window which faces Lot 10 and it gives off the 'vacation in KL' vibes :) toiletries are provided in a big bottle and smells good. shower and toilet are separated thus the space for the toilet is abit small but not much of a problem there.

The location of the hotel is a total win. Smack right in the middle of Bukit Bintang, train just across the road, shopping centres all around. Food will never be a problem because right next door there is a shawarma place, mcdonalds across the road etc. tbh i cant find any fault with this hotel hahahha !

definitely coming back to
this hotel for every KL trip i make !

If you're looking for a central hotel in Kuala Lumpur - look no further. WOLO's location will give access to all nearby attractions, restaurants, shops as well has transit options.

Staff at WOLO are so welcoming, friendly and professional. All of our questions and enquires were answered in no time.

Our room was impressively clean and very comfortable. We had the view of the city and we could literally see the the hustle and bustle of the city. We really enjoyed having a coffee maker, dressing gowns and all of the shower amenities in our room.

Breakfast was spot on - quite a few options to choose from; from continental to some local options. The restaurant is located in a very nice, spacious area with the view of the city. Great spot!

To top it all off, we got to enjoy a few drinks at Mr. Chew's Chino Latino Bar located at the very top of the hotel building. Such a fun atmosphere with some top notch cocktails!

We would highly recommend staying at this hotel. There's literally nothing that we haven't enjoyed here, everything was just superb! We will be back! Cheers!

The staff is very welcoming and always greet with smile, it makes me feel warm when first step into the hotel. The design is very beautiful, bed very comfortable, high quality amenities. They are using very high quality and branded stuff such as Australia brand toiletries “ Appelles”, Nespresso coffee, TWG tea. Their bathrobe design very cool and slipper is very beautiful. Love it. Will definitely come back.

I was staying at WOLO KL with my husband for 3D2N on 16-18th September in their Platinum Suite. We really love the interior & decor of the hotel! They provide stylish room slippers too.
They served in-room breakfast that you get to choose from & have it delivered to your room between 8-10am (they’re surprisingly delish!). Not to mention, the location is perfect if you’re a foodie because of the nearby eateries, staying to shop or travel around KL city center.
The only drawback of the hotel is that there’s no parking but there’s Bukit Bintang station right across the street & it’s easier to hail Grab around.

Short staycation away from home.
First off, beautiful hotel, excellent location, great staff! This is why this hotel gets 4 stars in my review.
Thumbs up for the spacious rooms (gold twin w window), soundproof windows (could hardly hear the traffic right outside my window), effective blackout curtains, Nespresso machine, big tv, very firm mattresses, large safe (for my 14" laptop), anti-slip tiles, nightlight in bedroom AND toilet, large fluffy bath towels, friendly & helpful staff.
I was NOT happy that there was NO luggage rack, NO extra drawers for clothes, NO worktable, NO chair, NO sidetable or useable space to place my handbag, watch, mask. I had to rearrange the minibar top every day to make some space for my handbag. Very very unpractical! Obviously the room was NOT designed by a hotelier or professional hotel architect/designer!
Who needs a 5x7 foot shower area and a 5x7 foot toilet? Such a waste of space! And the bedside table is soooooo tiny, it seems like an afterthought!

Would I return to this hotel? Yes, if I can get a worktable, LOL!

Me and my partner stayed in Wolo Kuala Lumpur in the beginning of September and we truly enjoyed our two-night stay. The first thing that stands out is the location, smacked in the middle of all the action of the city center, near everything you might need. Public transportation is also 1 minute away, and you can walk to plenty of attractions. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there's a Starbucks in the same building, and plenty of other options around.
The hotel rooms are stylish and the hotel itself has a cool creative vibe. We stayed in a room with a view and honestly it's worth the extra money - it's wonderful to see the city wake up and go to sleep! One thing that we didn't understand in our room was the positioning of the TV, which made it impossible to watch from the bed. But for us it was not important as we were there for sightseeing.

Nice new hotel with best location. Check in and check out is fast and smooth. Breakfast delivered to room only cost rm20 per head.

Valet parking is availble. Interiors are modern and chic. TWG tea is available.

Bed and room size is little small but acceptable. The rate is amazingly attractive i oaid only rm250 per night.

However, no pool or restaurants available inside the hotel.

There are several gyms nearby the hotel in the Bukit Bintang area, such as Celebrity Fitness Gym - Fahrenheit 88, Anytime Fitness Bukit Bintang and BOSSfit. However, you will need to have a membership with them to enjoy access. I do not think there is a gym nearby that offers a one-time entry usage.
