Stayed here for 3 nights and after the first night we wished we hadn't. The ceiling was covered in mold, the walls had suspicious stains on them. We asked staff to change the bed sheets are they were filthy, the staff member reluctantly did so but refused to change the duvet which had a lovely yellow stain on it. The...

I quickly made a reservation with this hotel after browsing their nice Balinese theme pictures at Agoda website. Stayed 2 nights during my business trip early January 2017. Didn't bother to request another room as I'm out for meeting the whole day. Pros: 1) Foods and pubs are easily accessible within walking distance. (5mins) 2) Hotel is situated at tourist...

The location is perfect. You are in the center of Bukit Bintang, but the Hotel is situated in a side street. So you get to have a relaxing evening away from all the other tourists. For breakfast they provide 3 choices. I always went with the delicious Roti canai. The room was clean, and perfectly maintained. All in all, a...

I stayed at V'La Heritage Hotel for 2 days. It is a cute hotel located in the trendy Jalan Changkat Bukit Bintang area, condos, restaurants and bars. HOWEVER! It is full of indonesian and filipino prostitutes. The place only needs new management and to hire new staff... someone who has the guts to clean the place out! ;)

This hotel is dirty and smelly. The staff were not nice and when we asked for a new room because it smelled like an ashtrey, the man in the reception was not pleased with us. Our new room was even more dirty and the sheats, I can't even explain. Disgusting. Looks nothing like the pictures. We had booked 3 nights...

We booked Oyo rooms off Changkat Bukit Bintang through Hotels.com and when we arrived we where a little confused as the hotel is called V'la Heritage and this was also listed on hotels.com. The location is good close to lots of bars and restaurants and within walking distance of KlCC. The room was damp and in need of a serious...

The positives are; Breakfast is included, a bit basic but better than nothing. Staff were helpful. Location was great walking distance to the monorail, aquarium etc. Lots of good places to eat nearby. It's next door to a magic bar which is pretty cool, they have shows on in the evening which are free :) The negatives are; It's probably...

Great price for only staying one night in downtown KL. Location is wonderful, right in the middle of everything with anything you could imagine within walking distance. Also a positive, they have reserved street parking for the hotel guests. Also, the essentials air conditioning, hot water in the shower, and wifi worked very well. Average amenities. Ok bed and pillows....

For under $21 per night for a double aircon room with own bathroom and tv not to bad for price, its close to what we need and like. Down side the reception woman had less charm then a zombie but to be fair she was watching a tv show, the faint smell of urine in our room was a little...
