I stayed here for 2 nights. The only reason why I booked this hotel is because it has won the TripAdvisor's Award. The moment I stepped in, I regret. The hotel is in Chow Kit area which is famous for robbery. My room (I'd rather call it a box) because it has no windows which definitely mean no views. There...

Stayed here years back. This one is very closer to metro, taxi stand and bus depot, hence very convenient. Rooms and rooftop breakfast buffet was pleasant. Staffs are friendly and lots of shop nearby. Nothing fancy, but convenient and value for money.

I have waited a few weeks since my return from Kuala Lumpur to write this review in order to be fair and not to reactionary. My ONLY positive comment, unfortunately is the wifi was good. This hotel is very poor. The rooms are dirty. We had to pay extra to "upgrade" as the box (without a window) we were first...

I booked this hotel just because of its location, it is right in front of the chow kit mono rail station and you can have an easy access to cabs, buses along with rail. It is not so near but not very far also from KLCC, if no traffic the taxi bill should 6-7 ringgit to twin towers. There is...

Pros: - Chow Kit Monorail station is just across the road. - The room is clean and spacious. - The staff is always ready and friendly. I checked-in very late (around 11pm-12am) and checked-out very early (around 5 am), but they were not grumpy at all. Cons: - There's always a night market in front of the hotel so I...

It was 1 day trip and it was nice. The room was clean. The need add toiletries in the bathroom though. You can find any kind of traditional breakfast and dinner in front of the hotel. it's hard if you bring a loads of luggage because they have a narrow drop off.

I and my friends visited Malaysia for a vacation last July 14 and stayed in this Hotel- Crossroads. The room is really good, modern and clean. We had a good view of the PETRONAS Tower over the window. Our stay is very nice. Kudos to the Front Desk manager on duty who is always willing to help and answer all...

The hotel is modern, clean and well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the room spacious. We took a superior room with a view. Our room overlooked the Pasar Chow Kit. Air conditioning and shower worked well. There are international power points in the bedroom, which is convenient when you are making a stop over between countries. Location is excellent...

We stayed here for a week, it is a very nice hotel, I loved the idea that breakfast is made for you and not a buffet style, and is on the roof of the hotel. The rooms were quite large, we are a family of four and booked a 2 room suite, it was ideal. The housekeeping was always at...
