We spent 2 nights at this amazing hotel and loved it! Check in was sorted in about 5 mins with expert help from Nichole and when we decided to ask for a change of room from courtyard view to a view over the city, she arranged this in about 1 minute. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice with great coffee and tea (and lovely scrambled eggs) and always lots of tables to choose from. The bed was ultra comfy and the shower the best of our entire trip, and despite the busy location, the soundproofing was really good so no traffic noise or hotel noise to disturb our sleep. Loved the ipad control for everything in the room, from mood lights and blinds to onscreen tv entertainment. The very helpful Nichole was on hand with advice on getting around and directing us to the many great value food options around the hotel, and after checking out and returning to get our bags for a late night flight, she arranged for us to be able to shower and change. The hotel and rooms are great but the welcoming and friendly staff definitely make it even better!

A new experience for us - high tech systems to tailor the comfy room to your personal preferences for music, lighting and mood. Super clean everywhere and the chill out areas are stylishly furnished with quirky themed ‘pieces’ of art. Team CitizenM were cheerful, chatty and smiley ... an excellent experience!

Spent 2 nights at Citizen M whilst in Kuala Lumpur on holiday last weekend. It’s in a great location, in close proximity to many of the local landmarks, and there’s many restaurants also close by. There’s even a 7/11 next door which is always handy! It’s a bit of a modern techy hotel, where you check in on a computer and the functions in the room are all controlled via an iPad, so if you like this sort of thing then you’ll love it here! Staff were super friendly and helpful and spoke impeccable English. Breakfast was good overall...great hash browns but slightly anaemic sausages! A great choice of breakfast items though. Would definitely recommend a stay here in you’re in KL!

the best place to stay in Kuala Lampur I highly recommend this hotel because It was clean, safe, modern and high-tech hotel. Even though the room was small in size but I liked its design it had a big comfort bed and a big window, additionally you could control the color of the room the temperature and the needed curtain using the room tablet. friendly staff, good breakfast but it was somewhat limited. another good thing is the location of the hotel, it is near to the Petronas towers , Surria mall, Pavillon mall and Bukit bintang shops.

Loved the entire vibe! So cosy and homely. Located at a strategic location, about 10 mins walk away from the nearest train station. Bed was huge which I loved. Would stay here again. One down side is that the ipad which controls the room system kept hanging so I couldn’t adjust the air-con and left the television turned on the whole night. 10/10 would recommend, though!

It has a great location in the heart of the city for a very afordable price. Hi tech rooms, very clean with a lot to show. Will definetly return one day if i find myself in Kuala Lumpur again. Great Hotel.

For me, my favorite hotel room MUST contain: a big comfy bed with crisp white linen & big fluffy towels, a great shower set with enough warm water & space, toilet, a wash basin with mirror, a tabel/chair, enough sockets to charge devices, space to hang some clothes.. Next to that I love it when it's extremely clean ❤️ and also... fair rates! That's it, not asking for too much right? Many hotels don't meet these demands unfortunately. But @citizenm has it all! As always very happy to stay in this hip& trending city hotel. The rooms are small, but have everything you need. Nothing more, nothing less.. They should have hotels in every big city.

Stylish and funky, a stay at citizenM is living art. Stepping in to the hotel, it's like visiting a friend's house due to its cosy feel and friendly ambassadors. Quite a techy hotel that savvy travellers would find interesting. Enjoyed its strategic location at the junction of Jalan Pudu/Jalan Bukit Bintang, that makes it possible to explore on foot many popular areas nearby such as Pudu (Chinatown), Bukit Bintang, Changkat Bintang, Jalan Alor, the Golden Triangle, Imbi, and even KLCC via the KLCC-Bukit Bintang walkway.

Great modern hotel comfortable double room with good facilities, great shower and really clean. Public areas are good for relaxing and for work. Breakfast good too. A small niggle is that one or both of you can’t get out of one side of the bed depending which way you configure it. Our room faced the courtyard cleverly decorated with fake plants for a relaxing vibe. Some noise from adjacent rooms. Grab Taxi driver taking us back to the airport (45mins/ £15) said this is the best hotel in this area and we think she was right.
