I always stay at his hotel for its location, whenever I have meetings around that area. I found that the hotel front desk staffs i.e. reception are not always welcoming. During my recent stay, I didn't get even one greeting (eg welcome, good morning etc.). There was no connection in between customer and hotel staff. I used to book the...

We happen to stay here for 2 days while we were discovering the south-east Asia. The hotel was good, with quick service. As we hardly stayed at the hotel so couldn't experience their food, we did manage to have breakfast at this place which was decent.

The monorail is at walking distance and that takes you everywhere. So, the location of the hotel is very convenient as well. But as I...

Highly recommended! Exceed my expectations and I am extremely satisfied during the stay. Room is spacious, remember to ask for a room on top floor to have a better view of KLCC and KL Tower just outside your window. In-room dining is offered with many choices and a menu is put inside your room so you actually don't have to...

Too old. Need to rebrand. Stink smell. In dining food not tasty at all and do not have quality. Shame to the hotel. Not like a common hotel in a city centre of KUala Lumpur. The ID also is not up to date. We were so disappointed for choosing this hotel.
