Hotel rooms & facilities are amazing! (The hotel bar is v nice) Very clean hotel & the hotel staff are friendly & efficient. The downside is the surrounding area is a dive!, so ensure you get taxi to your destinations from hotel!

Over my lifetime I gave travelled far and wide, but recently I've just honeymooned for 4 weeks with my new wife. We did a stop over in KL on our outward trip but at a different hotel. We went to UK, France, Greece and two of it's islands, Paros and Santorini, Istanbul and a final stopover at this hotel. I...

I can’t say that this hotel deserves the 4 star. The room was very basic and didn’t look very clean. Breakfast was the poorest I ever seen, the strawberry jam looked as ketchup!! Anyway we didn’t pay a lot so I guess you get what you pay, but from a 4 star I would have expected more.

We arrived in the morning around 10am for our hotel check in but was told to come back at 3pm. Off we go shopping and food etc nearby. Came back at 330pm, queue for our check-in again (due to a huge crowd) and was informed that our room is still dirty and not ready, will give us the room before...

We travelled by train from Singapore and when we alighted were directed to a cab desk and paid 13RM upfront for the cab to our hotel. We guessed this was due to the bad reputation of haggling cab divers and wrongly assumed everything would be fine. The cab driver in a rush to get us out almost killed us traveling...

I stayed in this hotel in July just the commencement of the haze pollution in KL for 2 nights. Booked online as the room rate is cheaper than a walk in rate. Deluxe room for RM301 all inclusive and breakfast. Room was clean and fairly big for a king size big. Lovely swimming pool to cool the hot weather. Do...

If you can put up with rooms not being serviced until late afternoon or evening, and very disorganised breakfasts, then this is in an ideal location. At weekends this hotel gets very full of Malaysians coming to the city, so it must be good value! We got it as a package and would not go back.

We arrived at night to check into the hotel, only to be greeted by unhelpful staff and unfriendly looking faces. The receptionist by the name of Iqah was not very welcoming and polite. We just stood there while she was doing something with her computer and only when we asked her what the situation was, she mentioned that there was...

We checked in (3 rooms) last Saturday (13 July 2013) to stay for 1 nite just to have breaking fast at this hotel. It was 2pm & many people were checking in! There were many staff but 3 to 4 of them are trainees who have not much of knowledge & experience (just 1 week on duty)! There was the...
