Recently stayed a couple of nights at the Westin and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Great location, good view of twin towers, and directly across the road from Pavilion shopping centre. Prego restaurant offers a high quality of Italian food, which is exactly what our ‘Western stomach’s’ needed after a week of travelling elsewhere in Asia. The staff are all fantastic, from...

For location still cannot be beaten. Our hotel of choice when visiting central KL. Other reviews speak of tired looking rooms/furnishings etc... We still find the standard here streets ahead of hotel offerings in some cities US and Europe. Beds are really comfortable and room amenities excellent. Bathrooms are a good size, bright and with separate bath/ shower. Exec rooms...

The location is surrounded with full of malls. Everything here is excellent, the food is great, the cocktail session in the lounge is fantastic, this is the first hotel that was made me feel amazing, let me have the kind of heart to return back for stays. The restaurants services and food was good and full of variety. Feel like...

Just a one-night stay at the Westin while passing through KL, but it was excellent! The hotel is perfectly located on Jalan Bukit Bintang, with the Pavilion shopping centre just across the road. Starhill Gallery, with plenty of restaurant and bar options, is right next door. The hotel itself is everything you expect from a five-star establishment, from a beautiful,...

Greetings stayfrostysparky We thank you for choosing us as your stop-over stay and very happy to hear you had an excellent experience. Despite our constant effort to maintain the rooms, the building is indeed getting old. Our renovation plans are in the pipeline but unfortunately we are not able to communicate an exact time now. Great location for this Westin, in the heart of the Golden Triangle, still relatively easy to reach even when the traffic is heavy. The rooms are ok but not more, I have received a very small room even though I was staying there for more than two weeks. Room was quiet. On the negative side is the fact that everything...

A co-worker booked this hotel for me. Everything here is all about service-checkin is swift; the bfreakfast restaurant caters to all tastes, inlcuding if you have your kids, a "bakery" room with a delicious assortment of cupcakes, fresh crepes and doughnuts. The bedroom was immaculate and I was not on any of the executive floors. Gym is very nice. Suana...

The location is great for those who love to shop, either high end or mid-range. The Pavillion is right across the street. Sungai Wang Plaza is mid-range where you can find almost anything from hand-phones to souveniors. Your ringgit stretches here, prices are reasonable,a place where even locals shop. For those who love to visit the hair saloon, this is the place.Cut,colour or a...
