When I am in MY, Westin KL is my home away from home. Having arrived fairly late in the night, the hotel was a welcome sight for a tired soul. The reception area was inviting and the staff very helpful. The service was prompt and friendly. The room was spacious which was a pleasant surprise. And the best part was we had a fantastic view and access of the KL shopping district!
