I had plan to celebrate my 1st wedding anniversary in here after looking the nice pictures at the hotel website. Before I booked, I called the hotel and the Call centre (operator) Margaret attend my call and she is well accommodate and every question was answered in the finger tips and I can feel the sincerity even though over the phone. Upon arrival I was welcomed by the receptionist Yinny and she smiled from the beginning until finished the registration process. Arrived at my room corridor I had welcomed by the cigarette smell already even though I had requested for a NON SMOKING room because I had an allergic with the smell (make me dizzy & sneeze) Entered the room I was surprised with the complimentary anniversary cakes (my wife love it!) and the handwriting greeting card feel personalised (not printed card) •The bed was comfortable •Found burst balloons remain underneath sofa (luckily only balloons) •TV channels a bit outdated, we switch off the TV and just played the radio (you imagine how boring we are in the room) •Nice Bathroom amenities and clean •The curtain a bit hassle for us to close with a big window we had in the room •Ordered food from room service before we go for the dinner outside but the taste is not match with the price, I’m ok with the price but make sure the food taste is matched when you had 5star price for it (even street food more tasty) we couldn’t finish the food •AC was in good condition The next day we went to Sedap restaurant to had breakfast and every restaurant staff are so welcoming and greet us, we lucky to be greeted by the GM as well (Mr Wolfgang). The kitchen staff need to be trained as well how to speak with the guest. We are not aware to wear the plastic glove provided at the buffet and comes 1 lady (kitchen staff, chubby and shorter) warned us to wear the glove with long face. We just entered the restaurant ma’am! The breakfast food is not up to my expectations and they served ready made roti canai.. (but display the dough like they make it fresh) hurmm.. After breakfast we went to check it out the pool and I didn’t see any pool attendant or security to watch the guest. You imagine if there is an incident We check out at 2pm (thanks Yinny) for the late checkout. Upon checkout process there was 1 lady who attend our checkout process and 1 gentleman standing behind her (with jacket and wearing glasses) so not friendly at all and another 1 lady with jacket as well, I think both is a manager. They showed us “get out faster” attitude with their body language and expression and no “thank you & see you again” farewell greeting. You are manager ladies and gentlemen.. maybe I’m not paying high rate and not a Clubfloor guest? Hurmm again.. So far it’s a so..so.. experience but you had some staff with gold customer service (Margaret and Yinny) the rest hurmm again.. maybe can improve after the long “holiday” during MCO to welcome the guest back to stay there I give 2star rating because I can’t sleep well due to keep sneezing all night due to allergy to cigarette smell Your sincere guest & a hospitality supporter: room 2002

Phone in my room was not working. We couldn’t call housekeeping, room service or any of the hotel services. Accor priority lane was serving the general public. In spite of the personnel who checked us in informing me that she has extended our checkout time to 1pm, my access card was invalidated when I got back to the hotel around 12:15pm

My family live the location and the friendly service, clean interior and professional staff , nice gym and kids club with family swimming pool. The breakfast at sedap restaurant is awesome delicious and comfortable seating area.

After a long lockdown imposed by the government, the hotel relaxed itself by inviting hotel guests with 2 vaccinated doses completion to stay with them. As a returning regular, I was offered a very generous welcome in room amenities consisting of wine, sparkling water, cake and a well presented welcome fruit platter. Not only that, Ms Amy Loo, the Room Director personally checked me in. How wonderful! The executive chef, Chef Fong had a small chat. So was the GM. How I love this hotel giving me such red carpet treatment. Room was assigned at the residence side. While it was an apartment which was not to my liking. Yet, the spotlessly clean and fragrant room welcomed me home. Yes, this is one of the hotel that I could have that home away from home feeling. All staff had made me welcome , even the Concierge Head greeted with a welcoming nite and gesture. I thought the staff here all went beyond to make thier guests happy. And I had never any qualms in staying with them. After all, this is the umpteen trip I had. Yes, as a platinum member of Accor. I received all privileges such as early check in, late check out as well as club benefits namely complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail.The Hors-d-oeuvre was simply deli. I also ordered mains and desserts apart from those generous offerings. Mous the Fnb manager suggested grilled salmon salad in which I ordered again the next day. My alcoholic selection was great too. Tommy made fantastic espresso martini. Needless to say, I ended my night feeling somewhat tipsy. Yet, I was high spirited. Not all food was scrumptious. However, the attentiveness of the staff made it up. Also, I noticed that there was a bright change in wetting the palate of those who had sweet teeth. Thier dessert like charcoal green tea macaron, wild Berry fruit tarts and espresso pod praline were soemthing to indulge. Simply irresistible! Breakfast was served in a choice of local or western style. I chose the latter. It was OK but not perfect. Yet, I literally chucked 3 croissants. How sinful! The staff at Sedap, while others may rate them mediocre, definitely worth my shout out. They took great care of me. I would not hesitate to return to stay with them, business or leisure. The kids ordered a cake for Father’s Day. It was delivered on time. The best part is the cake. It was in the shape of a safety boots. It was very detail, the shoe lace, the leather looks so real. My husband, in fact all of us was impressed with the cake. It tasted so good. Not that sweet, just nice. Perfect!!!
