Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Totally not recommended at all. Hotel is packed like sardines, lift is slow. The hotel staff is totally indifference and not well-trained. Most importantly, the so-called General Manager Shirley Wong is totally ill-mannered and uncivilized. Shouting and yelling at the lobby. Not a hotel that worth even one star.

We had a lovely 3 night stay here. The hotel was so busy but we felt very well looked after. There was a great display outside for Chinese new year and room was comfortable. The staff kindly allowed us to check in a couple of hours early after a 13 hour flight and long morning of exploring. We loved the infinity pool and the location is within easy reach for everything we needed.

This is my second time staying here, the first time wasn't bad but this time I had stuff robbed, which made me feel very uneasy, though it wasn't of high value the fact they went through my suite case and took something out was enough to make you want check out, nobody ever came to my room other then hotel staff (house keeping) , every time you go out and return you need to audit everything you have, another occasion I was sleeping and my door bell rings a guy standing there wanting to do general maintenance on the room, when I told him I am sleeping he says to put the DND sign on next time, I mean who does general maintenance on a occupied room? this is going to the ridiculous , poor management , I would never stay here nor would I recommend this hotel

Room quite small. But the view was good. First time had to queue for the elevators at a hotel. And super long waiting time for the elevators. Traffic was congested and took us more than half an hour to arrive at the carpark starting from Jalan Imbi. Wrote to them right after our stay via their social media and website, but till now 27 December 2023, there's no reply at all! To whom it may concern, 17-December-2023 --- I inquired at the front desk about validating my parking and bringing my children to the playground after checking out. I was given the green light by the staff. When I checked out at 11:45 am, I asked Fye if I could return to the playground on Level 10 after returning my room key, and she confirmed that I could. However, when I tried to select Level 10 in the elevator, it didn't work. We ended up on Level 9 and were stopped by security guards. We had to wait over 15 minutes for an available elevator to return to the lobby, as they were slow and full. Back at the lobby's check-out kiosk, I confronted Fye, but she remained silent. Tim then informed us that we were not allowed to access the playground because we were no longer guests. This was frustrating, as we had just checked out at 11:45 am. He also mentioned that only Axon guests were allowed in the playground, even though it is on the same level as the Secret Garden. Does it even make sense? Or were they just making up a lame excuse? There wasn't a sign stating that at the playground the evening before! They should have informed us about not being able to access the playground when we asked them earlier at the kiosk before we returned the key! Naturally, my children were upset and disappointed, as they were looking forward to playing in the playground before we left. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Definitely not coming back!

Everything is perfect about this hotel. The only drawback is that it is always crowded during the peak hours and you may need to wait more than 5 minutes for the lift. Aside from that, I highly recommend this hotel and it is value for money too.

Plus - new 'hotel' located at the heart of Bukit Bintang. Ease access to shopping malls. Cons - not up to standard as a suite hotel. Booked family suite and facilities is not up to a basic suite. It is a combination of 3 normal rooms with connection doors. No dining table, no basic cooking facilities, no washing machine, no writing table, no proper wardrobe, no bathtub, no bath robe, no laundry service provided, mini fridge. The nightmare is to wait for 30 minutes to get into a packed lift. Not recommended.

A Very nice new hotel, in bukit Bintang within walking distance to TRX. Room is clean & nice smelling. A frindly front desk staff named Rosanne was very helpful & very understanding. She made me feel welcomed since my son & I was jet lagged from our long flight. She helped to make necessary arrangements so we could be checked in the earliest possible. I would come back to this hotel & its definitely a value hotel for money
