Traveling alone with my 6-year-old son. I was tired of the long flight, so I decided to enjoy the hotel on my arrival day. There is a swimming pool with water slides for kids to enjoy, a playground and a kids' club that can be enjoyed just inside the hotel. NICO from concierge who brought my stuff to my room was very bright and kind! They answered my questions carefully and I was very excited because they were so thoughtful.
The pool was partly very deep and I was 164 cm and moved on my toes. The wardens kept a close eye on the deep area to make sure the child did not go, and as soon as they spotted a dangerous scene they went into the pool to respond. I was also quick to spot the glasses of the person who dropped them in the pool.
There is also a swimsuit after the pool, so it is only laundry service, so I thought it would be nice to have a laundromat in the hotel. There was a washing string in the shower room that I could stretch, so I washed my hands and hung it to dry.
Overall it is beautiful, but the drainage flow of the washroom is poor, or the previous guest? I was a little concerned about the hair falling out. (Maybe I'm clean.)

Im a regular at hotels and resorts around the world given my task and responsibilities performing star rating at hotels , managing policy and international related matters in the economic, financial and tourism sector. Ive started visiting your hotel ever since opening here , especially your restaurant and spa.
My family and I made visits earlier and latest being 2 November 2024 Saturday and we were truly impressed by the overall impeccable service rendered. I was served by Mr Jafri and his team , who were so dedicated, hard working , helpful, pleasant, proactive, and acommodating to our needs. Overall an excellent service experience given by Mr Jafri and his team members who have always been so attentive and proactive, going all out to serve the best to everyone. A natural born leader, an exemplary one and displaying good leadership characteristics.

The rooms are really good however the actual room service was a disaster. Had to wait for so long to get anything. Plus as a family of four in a room they only gave me 2 towels and when I’ve asked for extra they were really hesitant. The cleaning people were not friendly at all. Also knowing you are in Malaysia and would rain so many days of the year, we were told to leave the pool once it rained. That was the most unusual thing to happen. We were really surprised and unhappy about it. Overall I’m not impressed about the service and attitude of the workers.

Nice and new hotel. Shower gel and bath gel come in small tubes , frequently have to ask for more. Love the pool ,but timing quite strict with the pool unlike other hotel. Standard room slightly smaller but I guess its coz of hotel. Overall good

The staffs were great. The restaurant staffs as well. very well mannered and able to engage in good conversation.
The only complain I had is the room. Every morning when my room mate leave the room early, the whole room lights up and luckily I am awake every time this happens.
The pillows were too soft and there were no extra pillows for me. Come ON! You are a Resort and you don have enough pillows?????????
I just saw that in rooms with double beds had 5!
So my colleague from the other room was nice enough to pass me one from her room and when she checked out a day earlier and informed that one of the pillows was in my room, guess what.. they took it back!
I am sure that you all can afford and get more pillows before my next visit there!

Check in takes way too long. We waited 3hours to get a room with pre-booking while some customers were in line since 11am. Overall the service is good. Especially at the breakfast hall. The servers were diligent in making sure everything was stocked and that customers had everything they needed.

I did not choose this hotel. The hotel is not accessible from the closest MRT train station. I walked up and down with my luggage for about 15 min every time I went to the town for meeting my friends. The facility looks great but some details are not well taken care of. Elevator buttons were missing. The room wall is very thin and I can hear what neighbors are doing. There are no indication of ingredients for allergic and special diet guests in the breakfast buffet. Again it looks great and nice service but the hotel is not for me. I will not choose this hotel myself.

This is a nice hotel and one of the newer ones too. The lobby is big and impressive and to be honest you don’t see many hotels with the lobby of this size. The overall decor is nice and I like it. Staff are friendly and makes you feel welcome too.
Car park is a bit far and the nearest car park is not covered which is not good especially if it is raining. Or when it is really hot and your car will be really hot too. The covered car park you will need to walk further. The hotel do provide a buggy service to take you there if needed. I would prefer a car park that is in the same building at the hotel.
Room is spacious enough but my golf course view room is only partial view because I was assign the first room closest to the lift. Just a small tip if you want to better view do ask the staff to give you a room further from the lift are and you should have a better golf course view room. The internet to my surprise, the hotel only offer 6 hours free! Why is it not free throughout the stay? Anyway the wifi wasn’t that good because when I was watching you tube there was buffering once a while.
Breakfast is good and I think food is quite delicious. The ambience and decor in the restaurant is nice and I really like it.
The hotel is not within walking distance to anything in particular. So you will need to drive out to the nearest mall nearby which is Starling, 3damansara or One Utama.
Overall I would say this is one of the better and newer hotels. If you want a hotel where it is easily accessible to shops or cafes then this is definitely not the hotel for you.
