I am being attended by Mr Omar Fashah, the Club Manager on my arrival last Saturday, 17 Feb 2024. I was having leg cramp since that morning when i took a flight from Singapore when I have gotten to walk for such a long distance to reach the custom to get my passport checked and it was such a long queue .. I hv priorly requested the hotel to make arrangement to pick me up since I was travelling alone and quite scared to take grab car & others. I was well received by the helpful concierge staff, Mr Nizam upon my arrival at the Hotel M Resort and he has offered me to sit on a wheel chair owing to my condition. But I prefer to walk slowly.. Instead of joining the queue at the normal row for registration which was quite long at that time, I was being ushered to Club lounge for an express registration. I was elated with full of gratitude when Mr Omar has facilitated the registration instanly with his kind approach towards me and his professionalism with good PR skill. He even accompanied me with Mr Nizam to the room to ensure that everything was OK and all the needfuls were met. Chanced upon this hotel early in November and realised they are a pretty new property. Absolutely fell in love with the concept and the photos looks exactly as they are in real life! Stayed in Superior Room and upgraded my stay to an Executive Suite on my last 2 nights - no regrets!!! The Executive Suite is a MUST TRY!! Spacious room, amazing bathtub, great view! Location is excellent as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of KLCC and Bukit Bintang but they’re only a 10-15 mins drive away! The breakfast has the most variety of food available amongst the hotels I’ve stayed in KL! Definitely a must to have breakfast at the property. Amenities are great for families! They have pools with slides, also a kids’ club that has an indoor playground for kids to play in! Obviously, with it being a new property, there is a lot of room for improvements but i have been assured that these will be addressed! They value guests’ feedbacks! Will definitely come back for my future stays in KL!

The Hotel is suited to families and is better than average in most respects. But I would like to focus on one employee. He's a Duty Manager at the reception desk. I had a difficult issue re my program in KL, travel and accommodation. He listened, took ownership and totally solved it for me. Wonerful advertisement for the hotel. If I ever open a hospitality venue I'll headhunt him for sure Robert Gordon Sth Fremantle Western Australia

A great services from Shafikah, Isma, Yau and Kana. They even surprise my husband with a lovely birthday cake and birthday song from them too. A great team with great hospitality. A great hotel with great services. Highly recommend to stay here.

Overall service was average to poor. This was particularly evident at the outlet Hive. Had to physically went to the bar when the two waiters were just walking around, pretended like we were not even there. Worse, the concierge staff. Discovered as we were leaving that it was all on CASH TERMS ONLY and the hotel didn’t have any ATM on site. He told us we could either walk over to KGPA (and it was going to rain outside) or we could queue behind 15-20 other people who were checking in to pay our parking using the card machine. If we assume one person takes 5 minutes to check in (at best!), having 15 people ahead of us meant we’d have to queue for 75 minutes just to be able to use the card machine at reception to pay for parking when the concierge staff could have gone to his colleague at the reception to use the card machine on behalf. Attached is a photo of the situation at check in. Truly unacceptable 1-star service. Unfortunate because it is a beautiful new hotel.

Wow it was a great experience for me to stay here, very family friendly hotel. I love everything about this hotel! Great food and very friendly staff. They all nice to us. I love genre nice swimming pool with slide 🛝, my kids loved it and there are activities for kids. We stayed at Executive suit with beautiful view and nice facilities. Food is very delicious over there, so many choices! Loved to have breakfast at M lounge!!! Special Thanks to Mr Omar for assisting us throughout our stay. He’s really friendly and helpful!

Executive suite. The room is elegant and classy. Remark for our anniversary and they give slices of cake with wishes. Top notch satisfactory with their lounge services especially by manager Omar Fashah and his staff Syazwan i guess. Big credit to them. Food and drink is superb. I rarely repeat to same resort but this made me come for a second time. If u ask me would i go again? Definitely for a suite.

My son broke a glass and was bleeding out. The hotel provided first aid (which was quite unprofessional I must add) and whilst still in the room providing first aid, and quite literally the blood of my son was not dry, one member of staff commented that we would need to sort out the cost tomorrow. What ever happened to safety first? What ever happened to family first? Where was my “does you son need further needs? I was in shock of this and called the front desk to confirm if I needed to pay for the glass. I was not given an answer and thus I went down to the front desk to confront the night manager in which he claimed I was “out of my mind” to think that I didn’t have to pay for the glass nor that my child’s safety was first priority. The next morning whilst I was checking out, the executive lounge manager asked me to stay to meet me. He was charming and well spoken but wasted 1 hour of my life. He did wave the cost of the broken glass, and even offered to pay for my taxi fare. I took him up on the taxi fare only to realize that he booked the taxi with my Grab app charged to my credit card. It must have been because I refused to take my TripAdvisor review. Once again. Good f*cking riddance to this piece of sh*t joke of a hotel

What a difference a year made,from last year Buka Puasa chaos,to truly world class experience at the Club Lounge of M Hotel assisted and managed by Encik Omar Fashah and his assistant Yoga. The food and ambience means nothing without the personal touch and service. Kudos to the management of M Hotel for having such a wonderful staff with great attitude! The Hotel have everything and definitely I am coming back for more.

We check in your hotel by invitation of your Club Floor Manager Mr Omar Fashah who I know during his Malaysia Airlines Days,He has brought up his MAS Culture in your set up.He should be an asset to your already well organise system.
