Check in time was 2pm, and I was arriving at 2.30pm yet the room has not yet been cleaned. And on the next day my room was cleaned despite I wasn't putting any "Clean my room" sign. Lack of privacy....

I stayed with a group of 16 (Only men). Our main concern was low budget. We just wanted a place to sleep and keep our bags. During the day time we were travelling. For that purpose this place was ideal. Rooms were very small, but it was OK for us. Shared bathrooms had hot water, and room service was there.... More

Front office, real unfriendly, even rude. The room is moldy, terrible leakage from the bathroom. washroom with broken handle and didn't close properly, leaving quite a gap. Most important, the room smelled bad. had to open the window to air out the pungent smell.

Starting with the plus points, this hotel is very low budget and has an excellent location in KL, close to Merdeka Square, Chinatown and Little India. Unfortunately that is about it. The hotel is adjacent to the LRT tracks, so not ideal if you are looking to sleep before the trains stop at midnight. There was evidence of bed bugs... More

First the good thing. The location of this hotel is good. 25 minutes walk, with small children, to Petronas Towers and KLCC. Close to China Town and it's many great restaurants. A Rapid Rail station nearby. Not so good. The check-in and check-out took a long time. Staff isn't very helpful. We booked a 6-bed dorm but got 2 rooms... More

close to chinatown area, lrt (masjid jamek)...merdeka square... Clean, cosy...fast to check in. 7-11 just next door. Have a 24 hour muslim food cafe nearby. but too close to lrt tracks; perhaps for some of the rooms only...mine was one of them; very noisy, at regular intervals of 3 to 5 mins...from 5am all the way to around 1230am???

Great location for most places. We walked to the PETRONAS towers and ate fab food at Jan Alor. It was clean, had enough space for us and the bathroom was lovely. The wifi was a bit sporadic but with KL to explore there wasn't any point staying in the room!

This Hotel was located in Chinatown near by Stasiun Masjid Jamek. The room was cozy and clean, but the most important thing was good wifi connection. Hotel staff were also friendly and helpful. We also can save our bag even we have checked out. they provide mineral water in every floor.

I told previously to book room on the highest floor, and they give what i requested. It was a perfect place to stay for one, two, three or even more nights. The hotel is a short leap from LRT Mesjid Jamek Station, Near Dataran Merdeka, Petaling Street, Central Market, and Pudu Sentral Bus Station. They have jacuzzi for Junior Suite... More
