I reserved room in this hotel for 2 night, actually we reserved one room for two people, but we think we can upgrade our room or maybe they can let we stayed there for 3 people, becouse one of my friend decided to join us in last minute, and we can let her sleep alone in another room, so when...

I understand the facts of budget hotels and fully agree of not expecting Business Center , executive club , pool and gym however cleanliness is a basic and surely expected. This hotel failed on providing that basic. Bathroom was dirty , see the photo of the slippers in the bathroom and when we asked the lady in the reception ,...

Feel great to return and stay at the hotel and it is well managed, clean and quiet, love it here, the staff here are nice and helpful, the place is also conveniently located, close by the bukit Bintang MRT station where I used it a lot to avoid all the heavy traffic

Okay hotel. Near to train station, malls and street food area. I would recommend this hotel. Got confused with the free breakfast coupon given to us. We looked for the cafe the woman in the reception gave us but couldn't find it. We end up eating somewhere else. In general, we had a good night sleep.

The location is good but the hotel is not well taken care of. My room's aircond is not functioning and the water is dripping since check-in. The hotel only use vacuum to suck out the water from the pipe. Check out on the next day and feel grateful that I did that.

Although the location is very good with a good restaurant under the hotel, the hotel itself really needs a facelift. Walkway is dark. No welcoming smile from any staff at reception. We can have a lot more choice of place to stay with this kind of pricing.
