I was stay here for almost 1 week and i have a lot experience

FO Staff : When we reach to the hotel, i ask another room is it still available or not but she informed and suggest me check to apartment beside the hotel, which is you should not do that and lucky i get room from OTA. Then when i want check in, all my special request already put on that, she not giving me the best room and everything im request, lucky her manager Mr. Kesha was fast respond and give me the room that i need and he also give me a complimentary breakfast.

Breakfast : On first day im having breakfast, i just order the scramble egg, on that time the egg like rotten and i already inform to the staff, but there is no one apologize to me and explain. I can smell the egg is not fresh ( i eat egg almost every day )

FB Staff : The greater looks so lazy and not friendly even smile also never do. ( Need train again )

HK Staff : Laundry was good, the makcik so friendly and helpful. I feel upset that i already put on note that " Please Don't Touch My Bed " for 4 nights nobody touch it and i like it, but too bad they still change all the towel even i didnt ask to, on the last night stay there, the staff clean up my room and my bed that its hard for me to sleep and i cnat sleep again for whole night. ( Please train them to read english if they not malaysian ) i really upset.

Wi-Fi : WiFi connection is good, but suddenly disconnect if i move to bed room, please think about this, we should use wifi on mobile phone inside the bed room.

Concierge : There is 1 staff there short and black skin, pointing me when i need help to have transport to KLCC Tower. He don't need to pointing me and talk nicely and helpful, i was thinking is it because im asian that he can do that thing ??

Overall : Need a lot correction from the services, new hotel always open in every year, if nobody recommend your hotel, your staff service doing not good thing, it will be very hard for Sales Team selling your hotel.
Service, Food and Clean must be improve.

I Hope the management will thinking about this case and will learn from my case.

I would like to put in a fair and lovely comments for Furama Bukit Bintang Hotel. Basically I contacted the reservation team from during my US trip and booking went smoothly with the help of Nining. The hotel staff were helpful, pretty good menu options for a 7 night package and I very much appreciated that the team made it flexible and easy to communicate throughout my stay. Kitchen staffs can be contacted via WhatsApp or phone call and menu options are from Asian to western cuisines.

I have no regrets getting the Premium Package through Furama as they provided the spacious separate living room, optional thread mill rental that allowed me to do my quarantine exercise with a nice KL/twin tower views. I want to especially thank Nazrul the Duty Manager for being so helpful, attentive and always following up with my questions and request.

Highly recommended if you are looking for an affordable, comfy stay kind of quarantine hotel.

Dear Tourist,

Good hotel in the heart of the city. Totally safe. Near to Metro station (walkable distance). Major attraction points like KL tower, Petronas, Little India, China town etc., are within reach. Close to malls. Staff is very professional, do not expect much. Having a travel desk, provides good services (Munesh is an operations manager, good and humble, also his brother Sashi (vehicle owner), down to earth person, very good service provider). Premium rooms has a separate room for kids/teens, we opted for this. Premium room size (including kids rooms) is very good approx. 350-400 sq ft. Having KL tower and swimming pool views. Bananbro hotel in the Times squre hotel offers good veg options.

Furma ha s a good restaurant with multiple options. Hotel is always crowded with guests.

Housekeeping team needs continuous follow-ups for small small things.

Please avoid booking hotels through tour operators, if you are planning to visit East Asian countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia etc. Please plan your own itinerary, sightseeing you can manage on your own.

If you book the hotel directly will get good deals (up to 25-30% off on room rent), if done well in advance, approx. 1 month in advance.

Booked a executive room via the Furama website for a very competitive price. Every staff member I dealt with, in all departments, were accommodating and friendly. In particular, two staff members who were working in the Executive lounge on Thursday and Friday of last week. (20/2 and 21/2). I'm so sorry, I neglected to write your names down; one lady was a permanent staff member and the other lady a trainee. (memory must be going...lol). The drinks and finger food available was terrific and very tasty in the small but comfortable lounge. The room where I stayed, as requested faced the Berjaya Times Square shopping centre as well as the Petronas Towers and the KL Tower. The deluxe room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. A very good selection of television channels in English . House cleaning was effectively done by 12.00pm each day in response to me setting the "house cleaner" light. (not ignored as the vast number of hotels I've stayed in throughout Asia tend to do) Great pool also. Very cooling after a day of exploring! The only downside was that some hot food in the Spices restaurant was barely lukewarm as the heaters beneath the serving dishes were not on.

This is the worst hotel i have ever been to, from the moment we arrived nobody came to help with the luggage and there was a sign saying (help your self)!! then in the check in the receptionist told us that we can upgrade our room with extra money because the room in not good! the upgraded room was also disappointing! then no water bottles only a water dispenser outside the rooms to fill water!! also the room has a sign that it will be cleaned every 3 days with a sign that if the room was found too messy and the bed sheets were stained you will pay a fine! no staff to help you no service at all, also the breakfast was a mess after only one hour everything was finished no eggs and when we asked at the eggs station they said we finished what we have for today!! also nothing was left to eat and when we complained the refill was done with messy items, worst experience ever not recommended at all we were honeymooners and this was the worst place ever to stay in.

It is a nice hotel, reception staff is friendly.
Breakfast is good
Room is clean, but unfortunately there is no bath towel supply. When I ask for the towel from reception staff, they inform there is no sufficient towel today, I guess due to hari raya and high demand of room

Location is strategic, can easily access to lalaport shopping mall and time square by walking

The worst hotel I've ever been to, if you can call it a hotel. More like a rent a room place. Staff do not even greet or acknowledge you at reception, which is the only place with any staff. We arrived around 12am after traveling for over 24 hours and got treated like we were disturbing the lady and then hounded to upgrade because our "deluxe superior" room was the most basic room according to her. I declined and got told that we wouldn't have a kettle or amenities in the room. The rooms have tea, coffee and mugs but no kettle, does not make any sense. They provide a plastic jug so that you can walk to the lifts on your floor and get water from a dispenser. Check out was exactly the same, not even a smile, hello or goodbye. The staff are very badly trained and have no customer service skills. Everything is old and looks dirty. The bathroom always has a bad odour and the paint on the ceiling was flaking and falling on our head everything we closed the door. If you are on tight budget and need a place just to sleep and shower, it's perfectly fine. The only positives are the location and the stable wifi. Lalaport Mall is right across and the city centre isn't far away. Absolutely nothing else about this place is good. I would not recommend it at all. The saddest part is that it has so much of potential which is being wasted

room was very complete, the pool also suitable for any ages, also the facilities were great because we choose the premium room on the 25th floor. Until this is happening I would give good ratings. When I want to go to the airport at midnight after check out, I just found out that I cannot order grab because I don't have a Malaysia credit card. I already ask about airport transport in the beginning, but the staff just mention that they don't provide. I ask staff help to order for me with their card then I give cash as a return, but none could help us. The receptionist staff then tell me that we should take a taxi which is 3 times higher fee than grab. Then I try contacting my friends to help, while my mom negotiating the fee to the taxi driver but the gate staff not only didn't help us she also help the taxi driver instead of THEIR CUSTOMERS, it makes me very upset. She talks to the taxi driver that we don't have any option, and I fell she cornering us. Otherwise, everything is fine, great until this is happening. The menu of the buffet in the private lounge not complete, also the taste just so so.

We stayed in and executive room which was two rooms with king size bed.The hotel is quite old but its very comfortable ,clean and well presented. The inclusion of two hour drinks and snacks was particularly good value . I really liked this hotel and found the position convenient. Five minute walk to Time Square and if you walk five minutes the opposite way there are very good cheap Indian restaurants.

This hotel is more eco friendly then customer friendly. I hope them to give first priority to customer than any other things. Right from entering the into hotel, staff are listless about customer. They ask customer to do self check in luggage to room and house keeping is for every three days of your stay. In the name of eco friendly, they are creating many restrictions to customer. Felt like in school then in hotel.

It’ll take ages. They have dug the road up and are relaying new roads and drainage whilst also building hotels and other buildings.
