Staff was very strict on check in hours. had to pay for an additional full price to check in several hours earlier. breakfast was the usual malaysian breakfast. room and toilet were decent enough and clean. location was very near berjaya times square. there is a short-cut route from times square and it took less than 5 minutes by walking.... I stayed 7 nights there at the superior twin bed room, the room was very spacious which was really great, the beds were alright but the linen in the hotel needs to be changed, some of them have stains, The toilet was disappointing, the hotel was modern but the toilets were too simple, too simple, the showers were so cheap.... This hotel is well located, five minutes walk from Imbi monorail station through the Times Square shopping mall. You can get there from KLIA for 60 RM which is a good deal in more or less one hour. It is also in a quiet street, which is sometimes good if your room has a window. I took a "de luxe"... More

I have stayed in this hotel during one of the MATTA Travel fair in Malaysia. I recommend the travelers to stay in if you are a single traveler., but if you are in a group or with your family i suggest to a room in other Hotel.

It's a small convenient hotel for short stay, don't expect too much from them. Nearby to all possible locations, clean, safe, good Wi-Fi, excellent stay... The massage parlour besides the porridge shop, is good. Best relaxation trip.

Extremely non-cooperative and rude staff. Breakfast with no cornflakes, milk, eggs, fruits, etc. Kitchen is closed at 10:30am until the next day morning. Family Room with NO windows (forget good view) and washrooms almost like a Pigeon-hole! Only local Malay Channels run on TV. No toilettories not even hand towels! Extremely bad experience. A big 'NO' please!

The hotel is located near the sky train, huge mall, local restaurants and convenient stores. You can also easily hail a cab as soon as you exit the hotel. In terms of the room, it is just average. The amenities are very basic. It also did not have a window which bothered me a bit. It's good enough considering the... More
