The services are poor for a 4-star apartment hotel. 1. Reception service is very rude except the 2 old guys (assistants) whom is very informative and friendly. 2. Yo, laundry is expensive. It uses token (1 token = RM25) washer/dryer. So make sure you have heavy load. 3. The elevators are always out of service. 4. The only great thing...

Clearly as per my title, this hotel is located at the heart of Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur, walking distance to the famous Pavilion Mall, food street at Jalan Alor, monorail station and soon to have the underground MRT. However, the downside - this is a terrible hotel: + Terrible service from the reception + No flat rate for parking,...

Checked in to the corner 2-bedroom suite on 14th floor. The walk to the room itself is creepy and unsettling. Needs to take 2 different lifts to the room - 1 to the reception area and another to reach your unit floor. First lift itself breaks down and buttons to call for the lift don't work. Experienced creepy encounters at...

3 couples stay in a 3-bedroom suite from 31st Jan to 3 Feb 2017. After my friend booked the suite online and paid in full, I did a search of the hotel on TripAdvisor and I fear for the worst after reading all the bad reviews about this place. So I booked a room at First World Hotel for 2...

Great location with quite decent value for money. But aside from its stategic location in bukit bintan, it's an old apartment building with very poor corridor. Don't expect a nice lobby, it's actually a shared corridor with lingering smoke odor.

All the reviews here make it seem really bad, but my stay was quite alright. The location is very good. It's near a few really big malls and is also close by to a lot of nice eateries and the monorail, so travelling around is really easy. The apartment is very simple and some of the furniture pieces are old...

Big rooms, decently cleaned. Location is ideal and within walking distance to a few big malls. Room service is lousy, did not even show up during one day. Was told they are busy cleaning the other rooms and will be over soon at 5pm!?!?!?!...waited till 7pm and no one show up. Lousy electrical appliances, the hairdryer actually short circuited and...
