The PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur enjoys a central location that is highly acclaimed by visitors for its proximity to local attractions and dining options. While some guests feel that the decor is not as modern as advertised, noting signs of wear, the cleanliness of the hotel consistently earns praise. The service is generally regarded as warm and friendly, although a few guests have noted lapses in staff responsiveness.
The spacious rooms offer good value for money, but some reviewers suggest they could benefit from updating and better soundproofing. The rooftop pool and other amenities also stand out as positives for many travelers.

My Four night stay at PARKROYAL Serviced Suites in Kuala Lumpur was nothing short of delightful. The one-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious and meticulously clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal for our itinerary, allowing us to easily walk to various attractions, and the abundance of nearby eateries added a convenient touch to our stay.
The standout feature of our experience was undoubtedly the breakfast. A diverse and plentiful spread greeted us each morning, ensuring we started our days on a satisfying note. The variety offered catered to different tastes, and the quality of the food was commendable. It was a positive aspect that significantly enhanced our overall stay.
The reception and security staff at PARKROYAL were consistently friendly and accommodating. Their warmth and helpfulness contributed to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. Any concerns or queries were promptly addressed, adding a personal touch to the service.
While the majority of our experience was positive, the only downside was the average quality of the breakfast. Despite the variety, some elements fell short of the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. It would be great to see improvements in this aspect to match the excellence found in other areas.
In conclusion, PARKROYAL Serviced Suites in Kuala Lumpur provided a spacious, clean, and well-located accommodation option that made our visit to the city memorable. The friendly staff, convenient location, and excellent overall experience outweighed the minor setback of an average breakfast. I would certainly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kuala Lumpur.

The pool on the 31st floor has a great view and a jacuzzi for relaxing. I was able to spend my three-week stay comfortably. There were two convenience stores nearby and a supermarket within a three-minute walk, so I had no trouble buying the things I needed. The place was well-cleaned, and the kitchen had the bare minimum of cooking utensils, including a rice cooker, so it was fully stocked for cooking. You can watch NHK on TV. There was also plenty of storage space. The staff were also very kind and helpful.

For a first time visit to KL we stayed 3 nights at the ParkRoyal. This was sufficient for what we wanted to accomplish.
The family suite (2 bedrooms) was clean, neat and tidy, although getting a bit tired. The small 2 seat lounge had virtually no cushion remaining. The bed was comfortable. It had a small well appointed kitchen which we never used. Bottled water was provided daily. The rooms were also made up daily.
The hotel offers a daily breakfast. Not a great variety but more than adequate. Very cheap also at only RM30 pp per day.
The hotel is ideally located just a short walk to Raja Chulan monorail station. This provides easy and very cheap transport across the city, linking with other train services if required. Pavilion KL is also only a short walk away, giving you plenty of high-end shopping and dining opportunities. You can also use the undercover elevated walkway from Pavilion to the Petronas Twin Towers, Aquaria KLCC and further shopping opportunities.
A short walk South from the Hotel will take you to Jalan Alor Food Street. This place comes alive after dark, offering numerous dining alternatives at very reasonable prices.
Overall the hotel was functional, clean, well located and reasonably priced. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The roof-top pool was probably the highlight for me. Happy to recommend ParkRoyal.

Hotel located in the center of Kuala Lumpur, in the Bukit bintang district. This accommodation is very convenient, central to the main points of interest in the city, about 20 minutes walk from Petronas Tower and Menara Tower, 10 minutes walk from Jalan Alor street food street and Pavilion (skyscraper and shopping mall with all the big names). Alternatively I recommend using grab (Malaysian uber) which works very well and also costs little for getting around the city!! The structure is spread over 31 floors, has two swimming pools (one on the first floor and a wonderful one on the 31st), a gym open to guests 24 hours a day. The hall has very strong air conditioning so I recommend covering yourself when you enter, while in the rest of the structure the temperature is comfortable! Our room was very spacious, with a large living area consisting of a kitchen and a sitting area, sleeping area with a very large and comfortable bed! Note of merit to the bathroom, where we had a really nice and spacious shower. Another super positive gem in my opinion was the swimming pool on the 31st floor open until 10pm, with towels available for guests! In the room, in the kitchen we had a spacious and well-functioning fridge! Furthermore, with the cleaning service every day we were given two bottles of water as a courtesy set and a daily change of towels! Now let's move on to the sore points, which in my humble opinion were the summary cleanliness (the room was clean except for a few small stains on the bedspread and the punctual daily cleaning service, but from a hotel that should be 5 stars I expect something more) and breakfast! As for breakfast, since most of the tourists are oriental, the choice is very much directed towards them! Lots of savory but still prevalent choice of Asian food (many spices, rice, noodles etc.) while as regards the sweet part there was some jam to spread on the bread and some discreet empty croissants, some sweets that I didn't taste because apparently I wasn't inspired by classic cereals. A positive note about the breakfast was the egg station where omelettes, scrambled eggs and fried eggs were cooked on the spot! Super negative note, there was no bottled water at breakfast (only ice water and lemon from the tap)

The staff were a big highlight for this establishment. Our flights got changed which meant we arrived into the lobby just after 8am. We were hoping we could leave our bags and then expected we’d have to walk around with two very tired 8 year olds (after having to wake them at 3am for a flight).
We were personally shown upstairs to a well set up room, by a lovely gentleman whom we encountered several times during our stay. I wish I got his name. He was fabulous. He even made my husband and I a coffee and my children a Milo. It was such a relief that we could relax or the kids could play.
They sorted our room and we even got to check in early.
The room was large and spacious and yes parts were a little outdated but it had everything we needed.
The young gentleman that cleaned our room (floor 17) did a fantastic job every day. He even cleaned our dishes on the first day. I did do them after though as I felt guilty leaving them.
The gym was more than enough for what we needed and honestly one of the better equipped hotel gyms we’ve seen.
My children loved both pools but preferred the one on the roof.
We never had to line up for breakfast, even on the day we went down later than normal. I would recommended they label the food to if it is vegetarian/vegan as some mornings I wasn’t sure what I could or couldn’t eat. The range was less than what we’d experienced in Singapore (honestly we were spoilt there) but it was more than enough.
Great location. It did a little noisy at times but that’s part of the experience. There is a pizza shop around the corner my kids fell in love with.

This hotel has definitely seen better days. The lobby is small, and the spacing to the lift lobby is very narrow and tight. If you have to pay for breakfast, forget about it, you will find better food elsewhere. Breakfast is bread, porridge that is only warm, some ham, sausage, fried rice and cake. All the 5 coffee cups that I took has coffee stains left on the inside. I cannot image how many years they must have used the cups to have coffee stains left there or how sloppy the washing is at the kitchen. The shower area has mould and black marks, the shower bar holding up the glass panel has detached from the wall and the bar holding the shower head is movable and can drop off anytime, and there are cobwebs. Maintenance team is definitely not working. The saving grace is that the reception staff was helpful and very obliging, and the location is within walking distance to Pavilion shopping mall.

The hotel staff had a very nice atmosphere, and every staff member was very helpful and kind to me, so I felt very comfortable. It was also convenient that the room had a kitchen and microwave. If you are staying for multiple nights and you don't need cleaning, you can call and they will bring you towels, toilet paper, water, and other necessities right away. The location is also good, so if there is something you want to buy, you can go out and buy it on foot, and the surrounding area is very busy even at night.

Had a delightful stay at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment which was a real treat, offering us extra space and comfort. The staff were fabulous nothing was to much. The facilities, including the gym and pools, were top-notch. The variety at breakfast was very good which gave a perfect start to your day. I would say staying in a central location in Kuala Lumpur definitely enhances the overall experience, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions so if your in Kuala Lumpa then this will be the place for you

Stay 7 nights during my business trip last week, the parking is very convenience and it is free, very good for driving travelers. We did not take any breakfast this trip as the hotel only provided grab and go breakfast which is limited choices and taste very cold and awful. The housekeeping services is damn bad, did not clean the entire rooms as my nose are very sensitive to dust and I've to suffer sneezing for the entire week during my stay, bath towel is old and smelly, room replenish for mineral water, bathroom amenities, coffee and tea are not replenish daily, aircon for my rooms are leaking and dry, made my sleep and throat are not comfortable for entire trip. This is a 5 start hotel, how could it become 3 star standard hotel???

Location of this hotel is good as there are many eateries within walking distance and Jalan Alor Food Street is nearby, 5-10 mins walk away. There are several spas/massage shops nearby too. Parking is complimentary.
The 3 bedroom unit was spacious, clean and neat. It comes with fridge, small kitchenette, living room and 3 bedrooms which sleeps 6 pax.
There is a swimming pool at the rooftop(31st floor). Though it has a good view, but the structures(beams) was blocking quite a bit of the view.
Breakfast was quite basic and not enough variety. There are about 8-10 main food choices, excluding bread, fruits and salads. There are 2-3 main dishes catering to Indians, Chinese and International customers.
Overall a comfortable stay but I will not go for the breakfast if I were to book this hotel again.
