What is it with hotels in Malaysia? I've been to the country on 4 occasions and stayed in varying degrees of hotels - but the same common theme is that they are all out-dated. This place in particular was probably a decent hotel when it first opened, but it is in definite need of some refurbishments, a lick of paint...

We stayed at D-Villa for almost one week with our children. It is close to everything and we had a good view of the Petronas Towers, but on the street so it was quite noisy. The apartment was roomy and clean and great for families. The breakfast is simple but satisfactory. The pool is on the 6th floor and nice...

We were upgraded to a two bedroom (one locked) suite so plenty of room for just two of us. Reasonably priced and varied hot/cold breakfast.selection provided. A little way out of the town center but within walking distance of public transport. In embassy area and plenty of good eateries within walking distance. Bed comfortable and would stay there again particularly...

At first glance the hotel looks good, but the service was poor. Payment needs to be made at the time of check in and if paying on day by day basis then don't be surprised if you are locked out of your room i.e. due to late payment. Reception was not helpful when asking about tourist attractions and places to...

I stayed here for two nights and had a standard one bedroom which was okay. It came with very good wifi which was included in the room. The furniture was serviceable and the bed was comfortable. The room included some dishes, a kettle, cooker and microwave. However, there was a musty/moldy smell in the room that was obviously covered by...

We stayed at the D Villa in a 2 bedroom apartment and were not at all disappointed with what we saw. The foyer is welcoming, the staff pleasant and helpful, and there is a pizza place there too if you want. The lift needs your room key to work, which I guess keeps outsiders from accessing the building, which has...

We truly enjoyed our stay here! We stayed in the 2-bedroom apt. and found the rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable too. The hot water was fine as long as we turned the switch on a few minutes prior to using it. The free breakfast was good but if you stay more than a few days...

While the location was decent (longer walk to the Petronas Twin Towers ) the room was horrible. It was suffocating and smelt of mold. The shower - though huge - was actually moldy and the water temperature was not consistent. There's nothing "boutique" about this place. The beds were hard and it was impossible to sleep in the stuffy, smelly...
