Nice hotel. Very noisy. Good location. Entrance is usually blocked by vendors. Most taxi drivers knew where it was. Lots of malls and eating places all within 5 minutes. Room was clean but had to ask for star pillows. Bed was had but comfortable. Staff helpful. As much as they felt they should be.

We stayed in a family room for two nights. I like the location. But it was difficult to locate it as it is right at the corner. Staff was nice. They could really work on keeping the hotel clean. Our toilet was filthy. Sheets were torn or had burn holes. Otherwise good.

Location is really great, in the heart of China Town where we can find something to eat all day all night. Room is ok, newly renovated and clean, though the air-con's sound quite loud. Staff are friendly. Bad thing is the wi-fi signal which is worst when we were inside the room. It was none of the signal along our...

The hotel is literally located inside Chinatown so it's location is just suburb if you want to experience Chinatown and still be able to walk to KLCC. We booked a 3 pax room with Air-con (KL can get really hot!) and it was ok with 3 beds, fresh shower and clean. The only downside was that there was no windows...

My husband and I have stayed here before - last time about 3 years ago. We found it has deteriorated and no maintenance done at all. When showering the water doesn't drain away, because of scum, hair etc has blocked the drains. No smoking policy is 'apparently' in place yet the corridors smell of smoke and we found cigarette butts...

We paid three months in advance, but our room was not available. The receptionist wanted us to go to another allied hotel - we spent an hour at night in a taxi, but the taxi driver could´t find tehe another hotel. The receptionist wanted we tried it again. Unbelievable! We slept in the hotel opposite.

This hotel was located in the centre of China Town and great access to the train station. the street food below our hotel was amazing, chose your sticks of meat/seafood/veg and its grilled or boiled on your table. The room itself was very basic and not particularly romantics for a couple but air con worked and the bed was comfortable....

Boutique as a description pushes it a bit, but in saying that location, room size make up for it. Our air con refused to work late one night / early one morning, and the staff were great in providing a fan and offered to refund the room charge ( not necessary).
