Pavillion Hotel fulfills your every needs and comfort…. world class hospitality, luxury room design, delicious hotel food,the amazing bar services and high cocktail standards served at Cove 55. Especially GIE, LEE SEE and KHAN at Cove 55 always takes good care of us during our stay and makes us feel like home. Such a treat after a hard day at work.

Excellent Hotel!! One of the few hotels where my wife and myself were thoroughly impressed. We reached arnd 1pm, found the carpark easily enough but had to go through 2 gantries (the mall's and the hotel's) and we had to wait till 3pm before we got our room (not their fault as check in timing was frm 3pm onwards and we were just trying our luck). The hotel room was spacious and there many small details which we were really impressed with... They had plates, cutleries which were very useful for us as we always brought back dinner to eat in the room. They had nice premium looking bottled waters, not those mineral water bottle kinds. Coffee machines and boiler to make our drinks. We were also surprised to see a large tv instead of the usual 32", i believe the tv they had was 55" or higher. We were also able to do screen mirroring to our mobiles and watch netflix (altho need to figure out how to do it). A nice bathroom where the toilet was separated by a door. The bath gel, liquid soap, shampoo all were a good quantity in nice looking containers. The bed/pillows were comfortable and things looked premium. The room also had umbrellas which came in handy. We enjoyed the pool located at the highest level, sort of infinity pool, not the biggest but thankfully when we went, there weren't many ppl in it. They had a 24 hr gym but we did not use it. For breakfast we ate at the Courtyard and it was such a delight. They had an indoor and outdoor seating area and at both locations it was extremely pleasant. The variety of food was also plentiful and we saw a few changes in the menu on the days we were there (thurs to sun). The service was excellent as well, evry one made our stay comfortable with warm smiles and greetings. Location wise its excellent as its connected to Pavillion mall and also its a short walk to all the major shopping areas at Bukit Bintang. One con is that due to the location at prime area, it would take slightly longer to get your grab/taxi bookings. I am also grateful that carpark parking is free. We had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to book this hotel again the next time we visit!

Stayed here for a short stay while on a business trip. Definitely the best decision i made, as the price is very compatible with other similar locations but this hotel has checked all the boxes when it comes to the quality of the product and service. We were warmly welcomed by the bell team, Yufrizal (tall gentlemen, sorry if i dont get his name correctly) and the duty manager, Bryan, assisted with our smooth check in process despite the last minute booking arrangement we made. The room on the 15th floor was perfect, we were enjoying the world class Banyan Tree amenities in the room as well as the bathroom. I would only recommend to replace plastic material and cover from its bathroom amenities.
We had evening cocktails and breakfast at the club lounge, perfect for small-portion eaters like me and my wife with its special menu selections.
The gym (technogym of course) was perfectly laid out and the swimming pool at the 18th floor was great too.
Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to KL.

Your "Turndown Service" ,as per below explanations from one of your duty managers, clearly violates the safety aspect of every guest who have already checked-in the hotel room. Do not think your team have the right to enter guest room at all times even thought guest had gone out for awhile after checking-in unless emergency or make up room service upon guest request. Guest might have their personal belongings taken away or wrongfully used by your room cleaning staffs. Turndown services is failed service which needs to be reviewed by your top managements. Terrible experience for me.

Secondly, I would like to address the issue that you highlighted to one of my colleagues last night regarding the turndown service and I have been informed that you are expecting an email from us regarding the issue. Unfortunately, we did not manage to get your email address at check-in.
I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you experienced last night and I completely understand your concerns regarding our housekeeping team entering your room for turndown service while you were not present, and I am truly sorry that this situation made you feel unsafe and unsettled about your personal belongings.
Please allow me to explain that turndown service is one of the standard services provided by our hotel to ensure our guests enjoy the highest level of comfort during their stay. However, we deeply regret that this service did not meet your expectations, and we completely understand how this could have caused you discomfort. Moving forward, the team has been clearly informed to refrain from entering the room unless specifically requested by you.

Our hotel of choice in Kuala Lumpur, not just for the great location but for overall excellence in quality and service. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Our upgrade to the Urban Studio Room 13A06 was simply amazing with excellent views and room to spread out across the spacious bedroom an sitting area. One of the largest bathrooms / powder rooms we have experienced in any hotel anywhere with a large round two person spa bath. The Club Lounge benefits were also welcomed with the most amazing customer service from Staff Member Sabree who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you Sir :-) A definite must for your stay in KL, we will be back, as always.

This is our second time at The Pavillion and as before treated like rock stars. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiling faces. Sabree checked us in to the club room, he is absolutely fantastic and always on hand to help. The club rooms give you access to the club lounge where you can enjoy snacks, coffees etc and cocktail hours from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. You can also choose to have breakfast in the club lounge or on the 8th floor inside or outside. We chose the outdoor breakfast where Sharon Wong looked after us, she spent some time chatting to us and getting to know us. The club room was fantastic as usual, very comfortable bed, perfect air conditioning, nice view too. The bathroom had a rainfall shower which was invigorating. The hotel is also connected to the Pavillion mall on floor 2+3 which is handy if it is raining or too hot outside. A hop and a skip to Times Square. All in all a great stay with very friendly staff throughout. Highly recommended.

Big rooms, great breakfast, comfy beds. hotel was connected directly to Pavilion mall where there are many other food options and shopping. Breakfast was good but I wasn’t aware of the outdoor options like the live prata station on my first day. Only on my second morning, I was asked if I am aware of the different food stations. Room was serviced twice a day. once in morning. and another late afternoon. bottles of water refilled. Concierge sent my delivery packages to my room.
Thank you to Din for checking my packages for me and also to the staff at the lobby area for their attentiveness and their smiles which made me feel very welcomed whenever I leave or returned to the hotel

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service my party and I received during our recent visit to your restaurant The court Yard From the moment we stepped in, the staff Ms Hazreen demonstrated a level of professionalism and attentiveness that truly made our dining experience memorable. The personalized service we received, from menu recommendations to accommodating special requests, was exceptional and exceeded our expectations.
I would also like to commend Ms Hazreen, Ms Esca the 2 gentleman at the BBQ station & Mr Edward for outstanding personalised service at The courtyard and your team for ensuring a hassle-free check-in process. Their efficiency and friendliness contributed to a seamless experience, allowing us to focus on enjoying our meal without any unnecessary stress.

From arrival at the low level lobby where the parking vallet tells you to park your car by yourself because he’s too busy doing nothing
Where the bell bots are discussing instead of helping unload the car and take care of luggage’s
Where all management seem to have given up their functions
Very low food and beverage experience from main breakfast to lounge breakfast and lounge afternoon service
Everything is far away below expected level
Béarnaise sauce made of low quality mayonnaise and cheapest capers (nothing Is home made) everything served comes from the cheapest range of frozen food
The outer sofas and furnitures and cleaning of the 8th floor breakfast is just unacceptable
We stayed 4 days and despite claims not improvement just seeing things getting worse day by day
Staff telling that there is a dress code to join the breakfast with room sleepers forbidden while the same staff wears dirty shoes too big and loosing them when walking
Management is totally absent and doesn’t absolutely care about the hosting and customer retention
The hotel is globally very dirty In room as well as all common spaces That is certainly not a 5* hotel but a very badly managed low class 3* with a good location
