Good basic hotel with spacious rooms. The bathrooms has some plumbing issues. Breakfast was very sad. The same menu on all the days we stayed there. In the heart of China Town which is known for its night shopping.

This hotel is great. It's right across the road from Chinatown which is brilliant. The hotel does not have a pool but the rooms are big and clean and the location is superb. One receptionist that we met was extremely helpful and informative. He acted almost as a tour guide to the city for us. Overall the hotel is great....

This was my third stay at the 5 Elements hotel and probably not my last. The hotel is in good condition and clean, the staff helpful and friendly. There are plenty of places to eat and the hotel is just outside the Petaling st night market.

I liked my stay at this hotel despite the fact that I thought it was too expensive. It can't be faulted for location, in the midst of Chinatown, close to markets, great food, nightlife and also within easy access to all parts of KL. The room was comfortable and quite roomy, clean, and with everything you would need supplied, although...

Really an adress to recommand. The Hotel is in Chinatown, just two steps from Chinese night market. The view from the upper floors is just fabulous and if you have the chance to have a room at the corner of the building, you can enjoy a 180° view over the town. Get asleep with the KLT tower and the Petronas...

We only saw tiny baby ones but there were lots it seems to be an ongoing problem. Otherwise I would have rated this better as it would...

A location suit us also very well- since we were flying in from LCCT, we arrived to Sentral and from there it's very close by taxi. Also, the public transportation is close by. Staff was very friendly and helpful- we...
