Comfortable and helpful. Feels like we've been welcomed into someone's home. The relaxed staff point out everything and make sure that our stay will be enjoyable and relaxed. Safety is a priority and there is good security. There is no pressure at this place.

Stayed here June 2016 and found the room to be basic but everything you need when back packing in Asia. A fan and air con as well as hot water. Very simplistic breakfast but a nice spot out the front with benches to enjoy eating it. Extremely secure which was the most important thing. Friendly staff and a wonderful location...

Our room was clean, bathroom as well. Air-conditioning and hot-water worked. Breakfast was nice. They have benches outside, which is nice if you want to meet people or rest after the day. Location is perfect, right next to a The street to eat at night. The staff was polite and helped us find info on our next trip. Unfortunately there...

I stayed here back in 2009, had my own room which was clean, a bit small but what else do you need? Staff friendly and in a great location. Have told many friends to stay there. If I am every back in KL I would stay again.

Stayed here for a few nights, it was ok. Padlocks on the gate as you arrive and breakfast nothing to rave about. Owner was nice and room was clean. Having no window in the room was a disappointment, felt very dark and lonely. Location was good near main streets and short walk to Imbi station. Would probably try somewhere different...

We stayed in the dorm and was perfect! Big room, lockers, comfy beds, good wifi, air con (you cannot leave without aircon in KL), breakfast included (cereals, coffe, tea, toasts). The owner Suzy is sooo nice and helpfull! The place is very conveniently located, in the heart of bukit bintang. Two blocks away you find the perfect street to eat!...

We stayed here for 3 nights, and had a great experience, particularly thanks to Suzy, the hostel owner. It is located right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, a few minutes walk from Jalan Alor. The room was clean, spacious, great wifi and air con! Suzy was extremely helpful with recommendations and helping us get to our next destination. Felt...

Stayed as couple for 2 nights in an air-con double room with a shower en suite. Shared toilets which were always clean. The owners were so friendly and will help you with anything. Breakfast could be eaten in the garden, which was very secure. Very close to the main bar area without getting the noise. Definitely recommend this place if...

Warm, welcoming guesthouse on a quiet road in the heart of Bukit Bintang, about two streets down from Jalan Alor and the main bar strip. Really safe and secure with free wifi and breakfast, which you can eat out in their quaint garden in the sunshine :) We stayed as a couple in a a/c double room with ensuite shower...

“Some rooms have ensuite bathrooms, some share. One or two rooms have no window but have air conditioning and a fan...I mean...you go there just to sleep, and there's the patio...!”

“I've stayed in 3 rooms: The mattresses are good quality, the dorm bunks are comfy and there is a wee balcony too. Small but perfectly formed. 'Tranquility' room is a double and a single bed that also backs onto the balcony. Nice room! The family room 'dreams' has 3 bed options, single bunks and a double bed. The rooms are small but clean and have high ceilings which is nice!”
