Excellent quality of services, the staff is really kind. The hotel is one of the best worth for value hotel in KL. Easy GRAB access, Eatery and facilities are near by as well as Train and KL express also near by.

Despite the staff at VE hotel provide good and professional service, the facilities such as the treadmills in the gym must be in good condition for customers to use. I have provided the feedbacks a few months ago on the treadmills condition and room housekeeping issue, however it seemed like no further action to address or rectify. A 4-star hotel should not be forgoing these important elements even though it offers a promo rate. A promo rate with compromise of quality is definetely not acceptable.

Out of my expectation, it was totally nice , clean, comfort hotel To Stay. The lift is sufficient and fast. Check in and out were fast as well. The breakfast is Okay , big in space of the cafe. Definitely will come Again. The room ia great ,toilet is clean and water pressure very good if you looking for good bath during your Stay. Overall is just Value for money. Great experience with My family.

I just completed a 6 day- 5 night stay at the hotel for a business cum pleasure trip and it was a truly mixed experience. Positives * The location of the hotel was a big + for me as it was very close to the place where I needed to go. * The staff was polite and helpful and the check-in was prompt. * The room was clean and well equipped * the housekeeping and room service was prompt. Aspects that degraded my experience * The room cleaning was done only once during the 5 night stay. I would expect better. * Menu at the restaurant as well as room service had very limited vegetarian options. * Kitchen closed at 10 pm which was VERY surprising & disappointing because everywhere else I have seen 24x7 availability of food in room-service. I hope some of the above aspects get looked into and the stay of travellers like me become memorable ! …
