The front desk lady Tamaki has some attitude problems, I felt when asked her some questions and checked out. Not only poor English but also lack of professionalism. She doesn't have smile and greeting until I said. I can understand the rude English but the rude attitude. It ruined my good holiday mood. She may have some bad experience with...

I spent some days in Nagasaki, and what I really liked about this hotel was very much its location. Just stepping outside the hotel there is the bus stop which it is really handy as when you are ready to leave to the airport all you have to do is wait outside the hotel for the bus to arrive. Also...

This hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from Nagasaki station, located on a busy road with trams stopping right outside. The entrance and lobby are simply beautiful, and our room was amazing with a huge bedroom and separate room with seating area and a second tv, fridge and sofa bed; lovely big bathroom with an impressive array of toiletries! We...

After weeks of staying in midrange Japanese hotels, that seem to compete on who can squeeze everything into as small a space as possible, it was nice to stay in a hotel with western size rooms. This hotel also boasts great views. The lobby is expansive and so are the rooms. The breakfast buffet is the best we have experienced...

This is quite a large hotel near the central railway station. Although some may prefer the central location the views are not great and it is on a bit of a side street. Facilities and decor are of a high standard and the price in winter was very reasonable. Staff were happy to speak a generally high standard of English...

The hotel is located near a street car station so it is easy to go around. It is also quite near the train station so it is very accessible if you are coming from other cities. The rooms were bigger than the usual Japan hotels. A convenience store is also located near the hotel .

The Best Western is close to the main rail station and trams stop outside for the Peace Park, temple area and Dutch Slope. When we arrived there was a wedding service (with plenty of guests) being held in the lobby! It was a little odd walking through dragging our suitcases but no-one seemed to mind! Excellent views over the port...

An absolutely great hotel in Nagasaki. Rooms are spacious and well serviced. Staff are very helpful and obliging. Amenities are excellent. I would recommend this to the traveller looking for a central location. Access to the CBD on tramcar located near the hotel.

This was a large room by comparison to many of the hotels we stayed in throughout Japan. Easy to find, 10 minute walk from the station, and with a tram car stop out the front it was easy to get to the sights. We experienced the edge of a small earthquake here and the staff were quick to reassure us.

I choose this hotel due to its attractive price. To my surprise, the room is quite comfortable and spacious. I can say it is value for money. The parking fee is one-off, you can go in and out of the hotel with unlimited times. This night I drove uphill to have a look of the night view of the Nagasaki...
