This hotel is located right next to the train station and therefore very convenient if you are travelling by train to and from Nagasaki. The trams stop at the train station and are convenient for travelling around the city. Dejima Wharf, which is a trendy area of shops and restaurants, is only 3 stops away. There are also many restaurants...

We stayed in 4 different rooms and they barely clean the rooms, the toilet stinks. The mattress is as hard as a rock. We asked about four times during our stay for clean towels because it was always dirty. There is a lot humidity over the rooms, and are very noisy. A TOTAL NIGHTMARE

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. Very well located right by the train station. Rooms were a great size too. Unfortunately one day during my stay i was unwell and went back to my room to rest and put the do not disturb sign out. Despite this, i had four times when people just entered my room using...

The hotel is located right next to JR Nagasaki Station and about five minutes on foot to the main bus terminal (to and from Airport and many areas in Nagasaki prefecture and beyond). The hotel appears to be one of the largest in Nagasaki. Rooms are relatively large with bed/beds, a sofa and decent-sized desk. It shows a sign of...

The reception and lounge area are nice but very dated, evoking a grandeur of a bygone era. The hotel has a number of ballrooms and seemingly specializes in weddings, so I guess that old grand feel works for some occasions. For us we really just want a spacious, clean 4-star and above hotel in a good location, and the hotel...

I stayed with my husband for 2 nights in hotel new Nagasaki on Dec 12 and 13. The location is great, adjoining the JR Nagasaki station. I agree with all the positive reviews , spacious rooms , strong wifi in room. Didn't try any of the restaurants in hotel but found lots of great little restaurants around to eat. There...

We stayed at Hotel New Nagasaki with 4 people. Very convenient location - it is close to the train station and many restaurants. The service is impeccable and the breakfast was very good - it was on the top floor with amazing views. Rooms were clean and spacious in comparison to other Japanese hotels - albeit slightly old yet it...

Located next to Nagasaki station and a department store with food courts on 1 F and 5 F.   Rooms are spacious, very clean with good view of city and mountains. Lots of storage area with a small couch, table in front of TV.  Good bathroom amenities I.e. Toothbrushes, hair brush, shavers, bath sponges and Shisheido shampoo, conditioner and body...

Stayed two nights here with my wife and daughter. When we needed a doctor for my wife, the staff quickly found one who spoke English, arranged a taxi giving the driver directions, and made sure she was doing okay the next day. Great base for exploring Nagasaki and great view from breakfast room (and the breakfast was excellent too!).
