Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This hotel is amazing! huge rooms, with flat screens, projectors, karaoke, ps4, massage chair, the bathroom has a big bath jacuzzi style with tv and bubbles for major relaxation, this is a love hotel so its a very romantic atmosphere. The breakfast is delivered at your preferred time to the room through a little door. Me and my girlfriend were delighted with the experience and the price was more than affordable! I know where I will be staying next time I visit Osaka

Very big and spacious rooms. Close to train and subway. It is a "love" hotel and you'll find everything you desire in the room. A very good choice of hotel in Osaka, if you need space. But remember all rooms are smoking-rooms and you can hardly communicate with the staff. THIS IS A LOVE HOTEL, remember that :)

I can not speak for others but our room that myself and my wife stayed in on our recent visit to Osaka was like an absolute palace compared to all of other rooms we had stayed in previously in Japan we did not pay an excessive amount for this room. This hotel is essentially a love hotel. So the rooms are kitted out with all the mod cons... Lounge room with flatscreen TV karaoke, PlayStation, projector screen in front of bed, with remote controlled mood lighting all accessed from 1 controller. The bathroom is equally as impressive and spacious with a traditional bathing area plus a spa bath that is amazing, that also features a tv. There are countless other things in the hotel that you will appreciate, but I'll spare you my ranting. But just let you know that you are right in the middle of the action here, walk out your hotel and go to a girlie bar, a restaurant or perhaps just go for a stroll and admire the madness of the night in this area. Well worth coming back to.

Don't get deceived by the name. I wanted to cancel my booking many times, glad I didn't because i had a good peaceful stay. Room was a bit small, but it's ok. I had my iron, water bottle and packet of chips free everyday. Perhaps they should have more hangers in the room. Also there's no place to hang the clothes. They should put a small cupboard or racks at the side of the door because there's a lot of space. Thank you for translation my English to Japanese which helped me get around.

The whole property was clean and well kept, however the room was tiny (my mistake for not looking at m2 I guess). Barely enough space to unpack a bag. Breakfast (miso soup and some kind of fried fish) was served in the room, which was an interesting experience. There was various "paraphernalia" supplied in the room, but I hear thats fairly common in Japan. The road noise started quite early and acted as an alarm clock.

The standard queen room we stayed in had ample space and included a massage chair, sofa with table, separate toilet, shower and jet bath plus a TV in the bathroom. Extensive selection of toiletries, more than you will ever need to use. The only downside was the aircon was quite noisy so it can be difficult to sleep at night if it's hot. There's plenty of shops/restaurants to explore in the surrounding area and the hotel is within walking distance of Osaka and Umeda stations. Easy to get to and from the airport as well as Shin-Osaka for the bullet train. Staff are very friendly and speak limited English. Hotel is located amongst hostess bars but this should not affect your decision to stay.
