That's my first visit to Osaka and luckily, I had a very good experience during my stay in Cross. Highly recommend to anyone who likes me, not familiar with local transportation networks but wants to travel to different places nearby. Also, Cross Hotel Osaka is located in an excellent and hottest scenic spot, Just 10mins walk I could taste various...

Location is the best! Lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel. You will never be bored or hungry. Room is clean, large and modern. Love the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner they provided. Staff are very nice and can speak English well.

We stayed here just for one night. We arrived early and knew we'd be unlikely to check in to a room, but the hotel were happy to store our luggage until our return (and the same when we checked out). The hotel is well located, just a few steps from Namba station and around the corner from Dotonburi with all...

This is my second stay and still enjoying it. It is close to everything - glico, dotonbori, shinsaibashi. Best advantage is that since it is close to the shopping district, you can easily go back to the hotel and leave your things and shop again. :) exit 15 has an escalator, so go this way instead of 14.

First of all, the room was a bit small. Thus is because things in Japan are generally on the small side. This looks like it was once a kind of trendy boutique hotel with dark hallways and a stylish reception area. Although looks a little dated it is still very clean and we maintained. The staff spoke good English and...

This was the last of six hotels we stayed at in Japan. It's in a very busy area of Osaka, right in its famous shopping and entertainment district. Our room, at least, was the smallest we had in Japan, and had a whiff of cigarette smoke when we arrived. (WE booked a nonsmoking room.) The breakfast was OK. The hotel...

The location, breakfast buffet, bathroom and bed were all amazing! I noticed most beds in Japan were hard, at this hotel the beds were extremely comfortable!! Not only that, the bathroom was amazing also!! I LOVED the shower! They also hook you up with tons of toiletries which was very nice and felt luxurious. We got upgraded to a room...

Intially booked a smoking room by accident, then I emailed requesting a non-smoking room. They were more than happy to make the change. Great service, most staff could speak some English. I asked concierge to recommend a place for dinner as we were leaving the hotel, the kind gentleman went to the effort of looking online and calling to make...

This hotel is so easy to get to from Namba station. We had a room upgrade on the 9 floor to a large room. Excellent service at the front desk who directed us to the express bus stop for the airport. Unfortunately we left before breakfast, so from other reviewers it seems like we missed a trick.
