It’s very easy to find Hotel Shin’Osaka just follow the path in Shin Osaka Station to east exit and using elevator to get down to the ground and across to the opposite side of the street. You see Family Mart and you will see walkway nearby to the back door of the hotel. The hotel is a bit old and...

It is very close to the Shin-Osaka station (for bullet train). The hotel is nothing fancy but good enough for short stay and reasonably priced - I stayed only one night to break up my long leg from Hiroshima to Tokyo. The breakfast for the price was decent. I usually don't pay hotel breakfast because they are usually overpriced junk,...

Stay here for three nights in September 2016. Great location. Just one minute away from east exit of Shin Osaka station. So convenient. There is also an elevator at the station exit for people with luggage. From Shin Osaka, there is a direct subway line to Namba, and it is just one station away from Osaka where you can take...

The hotel is very convenient, only steps away from Shinosaka station (which has several lines). Simply walk out of the hotel, cross the street and you're at one of the entrances/exits of the station. Or you can walk several steps further to get to the main terminal where there are restaurants and food courts. Super convenient. Some might say the...

The hotel is very convenient..it is located near shinosaka station, you only need to cross the street and then you'll fing the back entrance of the hotel. It is clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, albeit the rooms is a bit small. But still it's nice room. Would like to stay here if i visited japan again

I first visited here in 2010, and it was my first experience of hotel life in Japan. The room I had was small, but average size by Japanese standards. Even in 2010 the room was well equiped, Digital TV, WiFi, fridge and well stocked bathroom. I have since returned to Hotel Shin Osaka three more times, once in 2012 and...

All of the staff at this hotel were friendly, nice and helpful. The room itself was fine, The bed was pretty small but I think this is the norm in Japanese hotels. There was a fridge and a dated TV. The room and bathroom were a bit bigger than the ones at Toyoko Inn but the bed was smaller. We...

The only good thing about this hotel is the backdoor in front of ShinOsaka station. Pity the room was unclean, small, no chance to open the window, only 2 bath towels available. The worst defect, anyway, is a poor English speaking staff.

Room is small, cleanliness is definitely not the characteristic of this hotel. Not value for money, you can find a more cheaper hotel with similar standard. Anyway it is conveniet for JR travellers, as it is only a 1-minute walk from JR Shin-Osaka Shinkansen Station.

The hotel Shin Osaka is usually entered from the back, directly opposite the Shin Osaka railway station. The reception staff are very helpful and also the cleaning staff. We had a WI Fi problem but the staff brought a hot spot to our room and fixed it for us with speed and friendliness. Breakfast was included and it was an...
