Stayed for a week in early April, visiting to see the Cherry Blossoms! Decent typical Sheraton (room too small far too much furniture, lousy TV reception). Pretty good location, but a serious walk to the JR line rail transport that most foreigners use - however there is a subway line that doesn't connect to the JR in the ground floor...

This hotel appears to be a relic from the 1970s that is still going strong. The staff are courteous and helpful and the rooms are generally quite well appointed (but don't stay in the cheapest bracket they are very small). If you can get a room at a good price then this hotel may well be worth considering...but be careful...

We booked this hotel so that my daughter could attend a concert at IMP concert hall. Great central location allowed us to get everywhere. The breakfast buffet was included and very good. Pool was closed. Typical Sheraton with helpful front desk even when our reservation was in correct.

We arrived at the hotel. The hotel employee couldn't take the time to help with the bags. When we arrived at the 2nd floor to check in there were 6 employees more than happy to help-a little late after walking up the flight of steps. Our room (upgrade) since we are platinum was small, cold, and a sex stain on the...

I have stayed here a couple of times now, and its one of my favorites in Japan. Compared to the other hotel rooms I have stayed at in Japan, the rooms at this hotel are huge. I have had a large bed, big bathroom, nice TV with DVD player, large work desk, and lounge chair in each of my rooms....

Had no choice over hotel or room as this was booked through a larger tour group. First off, the lobby is large and impressive, lifts are annoying as they leave only enough time for the people already in lift to leave before the snap shut very quickly. Our rooms were on the 6th or 8th floor. I was so unimpressed,...

The hotel was ok with reasonably sized rooms. There was good soundproofing between the rooms and to the corridor. The hotel was on top of a metro station and also one of the private railway stations, but still it took a while on the subway to get north to the centre, shin osaka was about 40 mins away which is...

We stayed here for 5 days with our 2 kids. Was a great option for us with the newly renovated room (level 14) which had a DVD player in case the kids needed it or you feel like a night in. The rooms were a decent size although not amazing, with great views over the city and friendly service. Didn't...

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in October. Getting there from the airport was so simple, the limosine bus from Kansai dropped us right at the door. We were a bit confused at first as the reception was on the 1st floor and no one told us this when we got off the bus. Once in, we were...

I was in Japan for a holiday and just booked this hotel. The location was quite central but yet not very close to major train stations like Namba or Umeda. The rooms were excellent. Large and roomy and the provision of CNN and BBC were a bonus. It was quite close to major sites like Osaka Castle and the subway...
