Hotel location was fabulous easy to access from the train station Reception is on the 19th floor Checkin super smooth, staff awesome, very polite and Professional, lobby is fabulous but that’s were is ended Rooms looked tired and old Bedding was cheap Carpets looked dirty To be honest the room was pretty yucky 🤢 did not feel welcoming or comfy The massage chair was disgusting I’m not sure how many guests have sat in it but the dirt marks are still there The best part of my room was the view Would I stay again absolutely not if a little money was spent upgrading the rooms it would be a fabulous hotel but the fact the rooms are tired, carpet needs cleaning, bedding was nasty I was disappointed 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢💔 Cables overflowing under the TV 📺 ❌❌❌ Bathroom was simply a unit and a old one …
the biggest hotel room of all hotels we stayed in japan ...quite confortable, hotel "convention center" style, busy, staff well prepared in terms of english and information. quite organized, close to lots ofplaces and restaurants..bit more expensive than average...
Stayed 10 nights and found the staff incredibly courteous. Moderate rooms and above are best, with a small lounge, exclusive check-out and direct elevators. For transport links you cannot beat this hotel, it sits right over Osaka station in a complex of malls and restaurants. My only issue with the rooms is lack of storage. Some of the hollow tables should be drawers. The big sofa only served as a place to stack coats and clothes. I flew from the UK and the hotel were aware of my arrival time. But I had to sit for over 3 hours to check-in at 3pm. My first lesson in Japanese efficiency, but a flexible approach may attract more international visitors to this excellent hotel.
We chose this hotel as it was right on Osaka station which can be reached directly from Kansai airport. We are a family of 4 and the hotel provided us with a room with 4 beds, pyjamas, toothbrushes. The room (5119) was spacious with plenty of room for our 4 suitcases. My kids loved the electric toilet and the shower was fantastic - even had body jets. Only downside are the pillows. If you have space to bring your own pillow to Japan then you should. The pillows were a little hard. But overall, this is a perfect hotel for families staying in Osaka.
Needed a transit hotel close to Osaka station and this fit the bill. access is within the station, and there were lots of signs showing the way. Shops and restaurants were in the same tower as the hotel. Ultra convenient for a short layover.
