Spent five nights here on a trip to visit friends in Japan. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and well maintained - just as you would expect for Japan.

Had a well appointed room with a very clean bathroom. The air humidifier was a great addition for the room and was appreciated given the dryness. The room was a little hot but was able to open the window which was very nice.

The subway station - Yotsubashi - was about a five minute walk. Use exit 2.

Hotel staff were accommodating to any request without being intrusive. The breakfast available for purchase in the mornings was ok - not my favorite meal I had in Japan but was good enough. There are coffee shops and other restaurants available near the hotel for breakfast lunch and dinner.

All in all, I would stay here again and recommend it as a great mod price choice in Osaka.

No hassle during check in, in fact they also give out bath accessories for lady guest which include my 2 small princess. Although the items was nothing to shout about but it did show they appreciate your stay. Room was small which was normal for Japan hotel but was clean. Hotel was inside one of the small lanes thus away from main road. Will take you 5-10 mins walk to the nearest Hommachi Station. 15mins walk to Shinsaibashi. Familymart also available mearby.

We stayed for 2 nights when first arriving in Japan. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were really helpful with directions and if English was limited they made sure they found someone to help. We were able to leave our bags prior to check in and after check out which was terrific as our flight came in the morning. It was within easy walking distance from several subway stations and shopping. Would stay there again on short stopovers but the room may have been a bit small for longer stays with all the luggage we had.

finding this hotel was a bit tricky because i was not too familiar yet with the train stations when I arrived in Osaka. If you have big luggage, i think it is better that you take a taxi from Osaka station, because if you use the train, it involved a couple minutes of walking and taking flight of stairs.
I love the room because it's quite big (compared to other hotel rooms in Japan which are small and compact). It has a modern feeling, and I can move around without having to bump with my husband. The downside is you have to pay extra for breakfast, but there are lots of small restaurant and mini markets around the hotel where you can buy breakfast. I especially love the onigiri and sushi roll from the Family Mart.
On my next visits to Japan I'll be sure to book from this hotel chain. :)

Theres a train station right next to the hotel, and a supermarket that locals frequent across the road - awesome location. Like most hotels in Japan it was modern and clean.

If you're looking to stay closer to areas like Shinsaibashi or the massive Hankyu department stores on the opposite end this hotel is located in the middle and about 10 minute train ride.

I stayed only one night by business use.
Always, I check the cleanliness of room, bed sheet, toilet and so on, however, it seems this hotel is not cleaned up in every corner.
I found many hair was falling on the toilet floor and I very disappointed in the quality.

This is an excellent hotel in Osaka. The hotel staff was extremely friendly for us. Our room was spacious and the bed was big (= normal size). The room and bathroom were very clean and where you can find basic necessities. All the little amenities the hotel provided made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast (japanese) was excellent and very popular. The hotel is close to many restaurants, subway and shopping possibilities.

There really are a lot of plus points about this hotel, but my room not being vacuumed after the previous guest left isn't one of them! It also wasn't vacuumed during my three night stay. How can I tell!? Lots of other people's hair. Yuk! Terribly disappointed!

I paid $67US/night for a single deluxe room including breakfast booking 2 months prior using Hotels.com. The hotel is within walking distance of 3 different subway lines (200 to 300 meters). Ask for a neighborhood map from the reception desk. There is a good supermarket about 4 blocks away. The rooms are a good size as are the washrooms, but the shower hose & head were of cheap quality and non adjustable , not the usual excellent standard of Daiwa Roynet. The staff are great, as is the complementary drip coffee packages supplied at time of check-in.The breakfast is outstanding.
If your taking the Yotobashi Subway, take exit 2 (no escalator or elevator). At the top of the stairs, facing the street ,turn right then walk 20 meters and take first right (at the Times Car Plus Parking Lot). The hotel is about 6 very short blocks on the right.
If your taking the Sensabai Subway-take exit 3...at the top of the stairs turn right and head towards the highway overpass. The 3rd right after going under the highway overpass ,you are at the Times Car Plus Parking lot (see above). I would stay here again.

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Yotsubashi located about 5-6 minutes walk from subway yotsubashi station exit2 which has steps for those who travel with suitcases may use exit1 which has elevator and walk across street to exit2. It’s convenient room and clean hotel with full facilities including washing machines on 3rd floor, therefore, only 2 machines available and sometime guest didn’t collect their laundry and the other guest couldn’t use it. We recommend you to use baggage delivery service from Kansai Airport to hotel cost 2000-2500 yen per suitcase which super convenience and arrive hotel on time. On the way back, the hotel can help to call taxi to Osaka Station ( and else where) cost 1,400-2,000 yen. From hotel you can walk to Shinsaibashi shopping as well as dotombori which take about 15-20 minutes. It’s good and nice environment hotel with Sakura park right outside. Also convenience stores and restaurants.
