I have stayed here about 3-4 times over the years. It is always the same. The rooms are typical, basic Japanese hotel rooms. They are comfortable. The breakfast in the lobby is also pretty good. The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff are very courteous and helpful.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our trip in Japan. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment that we arrived until we departed. The room itself was small but more than adequate, and certainly not uncomfortable for two travelers with luggage. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom adequate. It is less than...

We stayed 4 nights in May 2016 and would highly recommend this Hotel. A new build, however, our room was even smaller than the Hotel we stayed in Tokyo. A full service Hotel were they made up the room every day and it was clean, modern and really acceptable. Location was brilliant about 10 minutes walk from Osaka central station...

RNI is located near the Higobashi station and a quick taxi ride from Osaka station. I usually stay here for business trips. If you are looking for a good lunch or dinner place, they have an excellent ramen restaurant nearby. There is also a 7-eleven if you need to get some cash out or if you need a late night...

Pros: Close to the Higobashu train station. It's literally right next door Cons: The hotel has different smells (that I didn't find pleasant), from the lobby to the elevator, to our room. We were put in a smoking room first so be clear about specifying if you want a non smoking room Small room (even for Japanese hotel standards) and...

We came to this hotel during winter time in Osaka, where the temperature outside is around 7 to 12 degrees celsius. When we first arrived the hotel, the staff was very helpful and courteous! When we got to our room though, it's extremely warm (HOT!) I saw a panel near the bed which said "Air Condition - Off, 1, 2...

For our trip to Osaka, I booked a non-smoking twin room (two twin beds) for three nights. From Kansai Airport, we caught the Nankai Airport Express to Namba and then walked from the Namba (Nankai) Station to the Namba (Subway) Station. We got a bit lost transferring from the Nankai to Namba Subway Station since we followed the signs for...
