We stayed here for 1night After arriving very late from the airport. Hotel is just 5minutes away from the Airport terminal. Very accessible. Room is excellent and very modern. Buffet dinner and breakfast is amazing. Highly recommeded. Will surely come back at this hotel.

Always hear nice review on Nikko group. This is the 1st time I tried this at Osaka. Stayed at Swiss Hotel before; in term of facility, Nikko may not be as luxury; however the location is great. Connected with subway & shopping is right across the street. The photo attached is the 心齋橋. You can shop; rest & shop again....

Location is great, close to main shopping district and close to other nice areas with lots of restaurants. There is a subway next to the hotel. Very friendly and efficient staff, very good check in and check out. Rooms are small but nice, modern, renovated and have all necessary amenities. Nice bathroom with La Mer products. Negative is that AC...

We just stayed here a couple of nights ago. The Nikko premium rooms have amazing views and a huge bathrooms. They just opened this spring. The beds are Japanese style only in that they are very firm (which I love) The location attached to Shinsaibashi subway station is excellent since it only a short ride from Shin-Osaka station. Great change...

this hotel was recommended by my brother-in-law who was one of the frequent satisfied clients of this hotel.we were happy and enjoy while staying here. we liked the ambiance, the choices of breakfast and the clean surroundings, and of course the best location to our shopping spree and food trips.

our room was rather small with the bed jammed against the wall so that one of us had to climb over to get in or out. otherwise comfortable with a view across the street of all the major jewellery brands. we were in the middle of 5th ave or Bond st. good breakfast. friendly and helpful staff

Excellent hotel, perfectly located in shopping area of Osaka. Few steps away from the popular shopping pedestrian arcade of Shisaibashi, it offers the opportunity for both the high end and the value-priced shopping in the city. The area is full of restaurants, you can litterally pick whatever you want. Walking 20 minutes are in Namba square crossing the flagship area...

Very close from Shinsaibashi station. Direct access from the exit No 8 Shinsaibashi. Room is spacious, comfortable bed. Service from staff was exceptional. I had Japanese style breakfast, it was very tasty.

Large, well designed room. Great location directly above the Shinsaibashi Station in the middle of prime shopping district. Excellent staff. English proficiency uniformly adequate and very high level of service. Enjoyed the lobby bar with live jazz every night (cover charge). Excellent breakfast buffet with a mixture of Japanese and Western options.

The location in Shinsaibashi is excellent (great shopping, 10 minute walk to Dotonbori). It is a bit far from Umeda however, but well linked with the metro system. The rooms are very small and cramped but if you get one of the renovated ones they are nicely decorated. Bathroom facilities are good in the renovated rooms. There are no wellness...
