A great new hotel that just opened right before the pandemic I think. So it's still brand new. It's just minutes from Osaka station and walkable to many spots in town as well as not far from subway. So do expect a bit of traffic and bustling like any other city.

The room is spacious and clean, it is quite nice decor. The bathroom however is slightly open without any privacy not sure why the design is open like this with just a roll down blind that doesn't make sense.

But otherwise I love the decor and interior design, as well as warm colours.

I love they provide a pajamas. Bed wise, it's very comfortable however their pillow is quite hard I wish they have slightly softer pillow but otherwise it's a good night sleep.

The lounge is also lovely and peaceful with an outdoor seating, you get magazine and unlimited free coffee and tea.

The team member was very friendly, Yuki San was quite helpful and fast to check us in.

I highly recommend a dinner and drinks at the upstairs lounge, the cocktails is really superb and they have great selection of whiskey too.

The hotel is new and is extremely clean and modern. The room was well put together and it has an Apple TV so you don’t have to worry about not having anything to watch before bedtime. The staff were super efficient and friendly with very good English. The hotel is an 8 minute walk from Osaka Station and that’s a very good location with many restaurants and cafes on the way. There is a 24 hour Family Mart just half a minute walk from the hotel. Highly Highly recommended.

The only problem is that some Taxis found the hotel hard to get to so I got lost on my first night (I accidentally broke my SIM Card so I had no internet access then) but that was easily resolved with Google Maps afterwards.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and at a nice location in Osaka with easy access to the metro and amenities. The main disadvantage is the bathroom situation. The toilet and sink are in a separate room which has a frosted glass window overlooking the bedroom (not an ideal situation for privacy). When the light is turned out in the toilet room at night, light comes into the bedroom which is a problem if someone else is sleeping there. The shower has a glass door overlooking the bedroom and despite a shade that can come down in order to provide some privacy from the bedroom, privacy is limited. Not sure who thought that minimizing bathroom privacy is a good idea. Other than the bathroom problem, the hotel has a gym which has minimal weight equipment and some aerobic equipment. Could benefit from more weight equipment. There is a laundry room which also has an ironing board and an iron (no iron in the room). There was a safe in the room and free bottles of water are provided daily by the hotel. Overall a nice place minus the bathroom privacy problem.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It’s stylish and location is great We stayed in a suite and the room was all windows (such a nice change from so many Japanese rooms that are dark!) The on site laundry is the icing on the cake. We hit this hotel in the middle of a month long trip and were pleasantly surprised to find that we could do our laundry while having drinks at the bar. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful, clean property with great amenities nearby and a ~12 min close walk to Osaka Station. The hotel has friendly staff who speak excellent English. The rooms are modern and spacious (certainly by Japanese standards), and the AppleTV was an awesome thing to have for watching our own content when we don't speak Japanese. The hotel bar has excellent cocktails with a nice ambiance and the free coffee in the lobby was great to grab on our way out the door for the day. Absolutely zero complaints or critical feedback whatsoever - will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka!

Our stay at Zentis Osaka was excellent on all levels. I was struck by the calming atmosphere and modern and homey design from the moment I walked in the door... Jazz music playing in the background, with books and ornaments filling the shelves that line every wall. Our room was large, with every comfort and need anticipated, a personalized welcome note, gorgeous views, and all the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel. Going beyond the obvious, our room got everything right down to the small things that sometimes are not quite right in hotels—lighting options, doors to separate areas of the room, outlets in convenient places, and the best hotel pajamas ever (I bought a pair). Highly, highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, the only complaint was the food. Although it tasted lovely, the portion sizes were incredibly small. A lunchtime meal and both breakfasts left is still hungry. The ‘fruit salad’ at breakfast consisted of 5 small segments of fruit, hardly a fruit salad. Very small yoghurt bowl which is the smallest I’ve seen in Asia. The Soup at lunchtime was literally consumed in 4 sips. It just didn’t sit well with us as prices are high for what you get. Very much a style over substance menu. It needs addressing.
The coffee though was the best I’d drunk in Asia!
Another point to mention was the lack of greeting at the front desk every time we walked in. All eyes down trying to avoid contact it felt like. Again, the first time this happened anywhere we stayed in Asia over 3 months.
Very comfy beds, lovely feel to the hotel. Just needs a few tweaks and it would be perfect.

I had not booked a night for a hotel on our recent trip to Osaka. I was SO lucky to stumble upon the Zentis Hotel.

A really lovely hotel with some great amenities and in a really great area in Osaka.

The room was a nice space to too cramped and felt luxurious. The hotel had a great restaurant/bar which we really enjoyed the service from the staff at the hotel were really helpful and looked after any enquiry we needed. I loved the location also as it was close to so much we wanted to see.

Definitely a nice new chain of hotels I will be trying more of.

Fairly central and convenient location, about 8 mins walk to Osaka Station and close to key shopping belts including the Umeda precinct.
A lovely boutique-styled hotel, that is both stylish and comfortable with a non-typical Japanese large room size for luggages and relaxation.
Highly recommend if you like space. Service is average. Their restaurant and bar serves great cocktails and food, though a little pricy but offers a respite for the day.

We stayed at the Zentis Osaka for 3 nights at the tail end of our recent family vacation to Japan. We found the hotel to be very nice, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was included, and it was truly spectacular - huge and delicious! The hotel is not in the busiest part of town (which for us was good), and it's about a 10 minute walk from the main Osaka train station (which was convenient). Overall we were very pleased.
