A fantastic location next to Namba Station which meant a day trip to Nara was easy! Clean, spacious and comfortable room. We had a deluxe studio double which consistent of a queen bed, a good sized bathroom, kitchenette and washer/dryer. We stayed for two nights, we did not have breakfast - there are plenty of options around and in the station. The staff were very friendly and were so attentive when organising our luggage to be transferred to our next place. Having a washer/dryer was very handy - we put loads on at night and were easily able to sleep through it! Overall, we thought this hotel was good value and a great spot to explore Osaka from!

Love the warm hospitality, convenient room amenities and 10/10 location! Staff- Shout out to Misako at the front desk with warm smiles and greeting as soon as we arrived. Suiren from the reservation made sure we had all we need in the room and offered great tips on local shops and restaurants. Room- When we walked in the room , it felt so clean with an air filter running. The room is equipped with a small stove top, mini fridge and washer/dryer in the room! Location- Only 3 min walking distance to Nanba Station where Nankai express train from the airport connected with local subway lines. Easy access to all surrounding shopping area and must see attractions. I would highly recommend for people traveling with family or anyone looking for excellent service, convenient room amenities and great location!

We booked a Two Bedroom suite for our family of 4 and it was a very generous space in a fantastic location. With the Namba Parks shopping complex on our doorstep and the Dotonbori a few minutes' walk further, we had easy access to more than we could see in our short stay of only a couple of days.
The breakfast buffet was a great mix of traditional japanese items and enough western foods to satisfy the kids.
The kitchenette had everything we could have needed and the in-suite laundry was very welcome.
Only quibble was that the in-room WIFI would drop intermittently a couple of times an hour. It would eventually recover in a couple of minutes, but on one occasion when I was on a skype call, it was greatly inconvenient.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and was blown away by the size of the room. The place was huge was lots of storage around. The washing/drying machine was extremely handy & actually cleaned and dried the clothes properly unlike other communal machines we’ve used in other Japanese hotels. The kitchen was great for nights we didn’t want to eat out. The staff were very friendly and even let us check in early because of the rainy weather and our toddler. Very convenient location especially when going to/from Kansai airport as the station is across the road & it was a direct line. Loved it and will definitely stay here when we go to Osaka again.

Fantastic location, easy to get to from Nanba station. Lots of good food, shopping all around and not hard to navigate with luggage. Well equipped to allow a spacious, comfortable stay, During winder, the heater in the rooms were warm enough, and water pressure was high. Stayed on 3 level; had a good view of the street life outside.
During our stay, my daughter accidentally vomitted on the bedsheets and staff was very prompt in changing out the bedlinens - though a surcharge was imposed, the warmth and helpfulness of the staff in attending to our needs in the middle of the night is commendable and definitely appreciated. There is also a good choice of pillows to suit different types of sleepers. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Osaka.

Excellent location, just a short walk to Namba Station. The breakfast buffet was great. The service from the reception to the wait staff was excellent. The room was a good size and the washing machine/dryer combo was just what we needed. The only complaint is that, the room suggested 4 would sleep comfortably but it really is more like 3. The sofa bed is only a single not a double. Other than that, it was a fantastic accommodation and at around 45000 yen a night, it was reasonably priced.

Lovely place to stay and very accessible to many places. Service staff are friendly and helpful. Love having the washing machine/dryer that is in each room which is rare, need not fight for the coin laundry with other users. =) This is a big plus.

We stayed in the Fraser Residence for four nights. Reception staff were very friendly and when we had a problem with the in room safe it was replaced quckly. Our flight home was almost midnight and we were allowed to use the guest suite to change before going to the airport. Excellent staff and great location for all amenities.

We selected this accommodation as the rooms have a washer/dryer and after a couple of weeks in Japan was going to need it. The hotel is right near the subway so it was easy to find. The staff speak English and as per all Japanese service providers are very polite. The room is fantastic with Kitchen, lounge and separate bedroom with a TV in both rooms. The washing machine comes with washing liquid. The room also has iron and ironing Board and a half size fridge. It is also next to a large shopping center and only 10 minutes walk from Dotonbori.

What a great hotel, from the warm welcome from the staff at arrival until checkout was just a pleasure. The hotel is located a short stroll from the subway, and is surrounded by shopping, food and is walkable to Dotonbori street along with the covered arcades, a short stroll to Osakas Anime and Manga area. The metro can get you everywhere else. The room was well appointed though the little bottles of body wash etc could be swapped out with larger pump bottles as is the normal in the other hotels we stayed at. The addition of a washing machine is awesome, but there so slow when drying, so you’re better off running it during the day. Again the staff are awesome and truly understand customer service. We would stay here again without a thought.
