This hotel is very classy. The bed was extremely comfortable, and it provides everything you'd expect from a luxury hotel in terms of bath products and robes. The room felt spacious even though it was small, and therefore was easy to stretch out in. It is a short walk from Osaka station, and since the station is so large it...

During the Japanese summer vacation, it was not easy to get a satisfying hotel to stay! But this is it! Clean, bright, convenient location for moving, easy to get food to eat! And the most important part is suitable for family style staying. People won't regret if you have chosen this one!

This is a gorgeous hotel in a central location in the city of Osaka, Japan. The lobby features white marble. Many pink flowers were on display in the lobby when a friend and I visited on June 13 and 14, 2015 while traveling with a tour group. A wonderful buffet breakfast is available in a lovely restaurant on the ground...

We stayed 5 nights and at arrival were somewhat overwhelmed by the reception area. Friendly staff at check in. Everything went smooth. Our room on the 11th floor was rather big by japanese standards : a queen size bed + sofa (which could be converted into another bed if necessary), side table, a luggage rack, a small open closet with...

Beautiful lobby and restaurant deco that match the price of the stay but not so in the room. I guess it was because the room was converted from a double to a triple therefore there was hardly any space to move around. For that reason I would rate this hotel 3 stars however the friendliness of the front desk personnel...

Easy access, Right at kitashichi station, if you have big luggage recommend to take taxi (from Osaka station) or 10 mins walk from Osaka station to hotel. Clean room, nice clean hotel, we had extra bed in the room which make the room super small.

The hotel is 15mins walk from the osaka station, most of all it is easy to access to many places. Very clean and white, hotel staffs were really friendly, I requested for either a fork or a pair of chopstick, they gave me both. Room where really clean and cozy, not really spacious but room was bright, the view from...

The hotel was very modern. Staff spoke English very well and where extremely helpful. The rooms , though small, we're still large enough to open suitcases and walk around. There was even a small settee in the room. Breakfast was excellent value , with ample variety. Walking distance to subway and station.

The hotel is near several subway entrances, and is near the Osaka Station. A nice new hotel, the rooms are spotless, but a little kitschy and too pink. Breakfast was included and is pretty decent. All in all, it is value for money.
