this hotel was the worst hotel we stayed at. Only 2 lifts were available and busy when full. Rooms were very small and located in a residental area but easy to navigate around. The cleaning was poorly done with an outside basin that was not really cleaned. The shower was outside the bath making it a wet area and not much shelving in the bathroom. The laundry on level 5 did not really dry the clothes well You need 10Yen 's to operate the machine. Very large supermarket under the hotel. Breakfast was ok but mainly asian style

This was the final hotel of our tour package, to which we added an extra 2 nights beforehand. Wish we hadn’t. Given all other accommodation venues in our tour were very centrally located, we were disappointed that location for this venue was out in the burbs. The room was quite spacious for local standards. Though any desire to sleep in was thwarted as light streams through the rooms from around 4.30 as there’s only Venetian shutters and no curtains. The cleanliness of the room, after the first night, was maintained at a sub substandard, with our beds not even made up on the last day. The wifi was very bad. Restaurant hours advertised as open till 22 yet at 21 we were refused services as it had closed, even though we’d taken menus to choose from while having a drink i their bar next to the restaurant. Good laundry room facilities. Also the first hotel we’ve encountered where they charge you for such items as tooth brushes or combs.

Came here twice first as part of a group tour and second by ourselves.... the hotel is bright and airy, the rooms light and beds extremely comfortable. the rims have individual split system cool/heat which is much appreciated for those such as myself who enjoy a cooler room. mini bar & air purifier were also well used. the room configuration for us was a little odd and not practical as friends sharing.... the toilet is a
separate room (with the door so close to the toilet you have to shimmy round to close) the door.. moreso the sink is in the actual room. I don't like coming out of the toilet to wash my hands and disturbing my friend. also having the bath/shower arrangement with no where to stay really dry unless you come out of the shower (again not practical when sharing as friends) .... however the products provided were excellent and the water pressure also good. a kettle was provided and limited tea/filter coffee provided. Next door to the hotel is a massive supermarket that you can get pretty much anything you want!! However the TV did not have 1 english speaking channel (for a hotel that caters for international visitors this did surprise me, as i've traveled all over the world and there's always 1 - usually news) the window coverings whilst look nice (wooden venetian blinds ) they are not blockout and as such the room gets light before 6 am! As our flight leaves late in the evening we wanted to have a late checkout - the hotel does offer extended check out at a price, however because we were leaving on a Saturday we paid for another night. the bar prices are reasonable (approx $8 AU for a well poured glass of bubbles!) and we had wood fired pizza in the restaurant that was $24 AU each. Breakfast was simple but tasty. (avoid opening time if you can it's a free for all) going down about 8 was quiet lots of seating. Of note the bacon, muesli and yoghurt were all great. lots of asian options

I am a Lifetime Titanium Elite member and highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed here from August 22 to 26, 2024, during our visit to Osaka. The hotel's location is convenient and within walking distance of the metro station. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room we stayed in had a full-size bed and was spacious for a Japanese hotel. Amenities such as coffee, tea, and bottled water were included. The Wi-Fi wasn’t blazing fast, but it was sufficient. The room was very clean, and you have the option to have it cleaned daily. If not, they will automatically leave fresh towels and amenities at your door.
The window’s blind is bright in the morning, but I find it useful for us to adjust for the time zone difference.
The few times we needed service at the front desk, we were always met with prompt assistance. Some of the front desk staff are Vietnamese and were a pleasure to interact with.
The lounge space is spacious, and although the hotel has an on-site restaurant, with Dotonbori just a few stops away, we had plenty of dining options to choose from. An added bonus is that there's a grocery store right next to the hotel.
As an elite Marriott member, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service, cleanliness, and amenities this hotel offers. I wish Marriott maintained this level of excellence across all their properties.

Spent three nights at IT osaka along with my group members of about forty persons. It is a nice quote cozy hotel with big lobby , vast breakfast area and sufficient room space. As traditional in Japan washroom and bath are separate. Reception manned by young staff that are willing to help. Saw many students who stay at this hotel doing joint studies. We are quite satisfied with facilities.

Most of the staff are young people in their 20s, but I was frustrated by the lack of professionalism, or part-time feeling, or the wrong honorifics and the lack of work skills. I feel like we should educate our guests a bit more about how to serve them. Some guests might interpret youth and casualness as positives, but I got the impression that I wanted to be unreliable and avoid contact as much as possible. I think I need to have minimum customer service manners. Furthermore, it is quite inconvenient because elevators are not often available and are always crowded. Even if I want to go down the stairs, I only have an elevator, but is this safe?

Pleae note - the hotel is for business and not for travelers.
Pros; Spacious rooms. Common areas well designed. Rooms are quiet. no noise from street.
Cons; The staff were available. yet it took them more than five minutes to approach us and allow us to check-in.
Located in industrial area. for women it doesn't look safe to walk streets around the hotel during evening/night. dark streets :(
Room is designed and organized in a weird weird way.
Bath with dush OUTSIDE the bath(see picture)
Sink located in the living room, just by the Tv (see picture)
Hard bed. Almost as hard as stone. I couldn't get a decent sleep.
Windows with no way to darken the rooms. as a result you will wake naturally by 06:00am. even if you went to sleep by midnight.

This Hotel is special. It's a brand new well designed hotel that makes you feel completely relaxed the moment you walk into the lobby.
Organic fresh ingredients make up their delicious menu for breakfast and lunch. They also have dinner but our family didn't dine in the evening.
The gorgeous sofa area off the side of the lobby is so relaxing, great place to relax and read a book.
I highly recommend Hotel It.

Beautiful hotel and price was not bad at all. Lovely staff and near city center. Would love to visit again in the future. We were a party of 5 and we all felt very welcome. Food was of course very good. Since tripadvisor wants me to usr atleast 200 characters, I needed to write this sentence..
