Hubs and I stayed here for four nights over New Years and it was a great start to our Japanese adventure. Easy access to many train lines (no more than a 15 min easy walk to the few that we used) made it a great place for our day trips and it was an easy walk to Dontonbori four our night life.
Staff was great although admittedly, we didn't bug them much. Room was super clean and had everything we needed. Not much space, actually the smallest of all our hotel rooms on our 18 day trip but it was fine if you're just there for sleeping.
There's also a great 24 hour grocery store next door that served us well for stocking up on cheap breakfast and drink options.

Wow! Exceeded our expectations with such a grand surprise upon arrival. Well spoken individually ready to serve new arriving guests during the "Golden Week" holiday. Assisted us in upgrading us to the Standard Twin Room even during a high occupancy time (highly recommend, with a small surcharge, well worth it!). Special thanks to the team: Shiro Hera (for accommodating us in your efforts!!), Mizuno-san, Kunimatsu-san and most importantly Ikeda-san for going the extra mile checking in on us and ensuring we have the answers for all our questions at ease. Thanks for being behind the scenes management assisting the team in ensuring guest expectations are met, clean rooms, enjoyable stay! We will highly recommend to all our friends and family and looking forward in our next return!!

Been to Osaka with two friends. This hotel provides three single beds. ( not too many hotel provides 3 beds in a room) Deco is modern. Price is reasonable. Location is perfect. Next to metro station. 5 min walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Aeon supermarket next door. But do not expect the room is big, it’s Japan. Sure will live in this hotel if stay in Osaka.

Nice new building not far from two subway stations. About 20 minutes away from Shin-Osaka station. Near The hotel there are many shops and restaurants, a very interesting neighbourhood. The room is good, enough space. Bed is a bit firm. Other than that, no negative comments. A solid 4/5

We stayed in this brand new hotel for three days. Good location next to the subway, close to Dotonbori. Hotel was it difficult to find because of signage. Small room typical of Japanese standard. Good helpful staff.

Room very small,
We booked a double bed room,
One bed is mattress and the other one is actually a sofabed,
It's very soft and my back hurts,
Room condition quite good,
Air conditioning works quite well,
Bathroom facilities quite satisfied,
Bathroom amenities supply very well,
No free water nor body lotion,
You have to pay extra charge if you want to extend your stay,
Job site next door, expect noise in daytime,
No safety box in room,
Four cloth hangers per room,
No cabinet for cloth storage.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay in this hotel. Staff was very pleasant and polite. We encountered a super noisy neighbor screaming her lungs out on the 12th floor and reported to the reception. The staff settled the problem for us instantly. Their TV was also big enough and had many entertaining channels. Bed was so comfortable for my aching back. The bathroom was super clean! No moulds or leftover hairs. The shower pressure is strong as well. Toilet bowl comes with bidet and also warms your buttock, good for winter time! The room air-condition worked well. I did not sneeze despite having a sensitive nose which means the room is not dusty. Location wise it is so near shinsaibashi shopping street which links to dotonburi. Many restaurants and good coffee cafes around the hotel. There is also a Crysta underground street with many restaurants too and links to yotsubashi and shinsaibashi station. For the price and quality of the room, I am happy with this hotel! Will book again next trip.

This hotel just opened in March, everything is new and fresh. All rooms are non-smoking, traffic is not that heavy. Reception desk is efficient and nice, but some staff don't speak much of English language.

Room size is good, a bit bigger than other hotels in the same area and in the same grade. Bath room only provides shampoo, conditioner and body soap, you have to bring or purchase lotions from the front desk. Two types of towel are provided, face and bath. Coffee and tea have to pick up from the shelves next to the elevator and boil them in your room with a kettle provided. Quiet area and can easily access by two subways, limo bus to the airport directly. To Shinsaibai, Amerimura and Dotonbori are within walking distance.

I did not visit their restaurant downstairs, therefore no comments with them.

Definitely will stay at this hotel again in the future.

Room Tip: All rooms are good fit. Facing the front street rooms are triple rooms, so they're bigger.

This is the newer of the two Heartons in Shinsaibashi and whilst newly furnished is a further walk than the other one especially from Namba etc. The hotel is quite basic with restocking of teas etc. to pick up yourself style in the hotel lobby.

The room itself is incredibly small, we struggled to open our suitcases in the twin room and had to make do with propping them on the chairs which was quite stressful. The TV only showed Japanese channels but the biggest complaint is the lack of shade that the blinds provide - the room is lit up bright as soon as the sun comes up which is early! The beds are comfy however as room spotlessly cleaned.

I would probably consider staying elsewhere next time for the location and size of the rooms.
