The next bus stop is about 3 minutes away and the next train (subway/underground) station is about 7 minutes away. The popular shopping areas are easy to access by bus / train / walking.
The rooms are clean and have a comfortable bed.
Breakfast is available in Japanese and Western style.
The staff speaks English and is very friendly.
If you are looking for a nice and comfortable hotel with breakfast (Breakfast is optional) than I can recommend this hotel.

Thank you for staying at our hotel. We appreciate your comment. Your voice encourages us a lot! As you mentioned, we are accessible to Umeda area. The Japanese longest street and Osaka castle are very poplar and nice place to visit from our hotel. We also have free rental bike service. It helps you a lot to travel around here. If you have another chance to be here, please try it! Thank you and hope to see you again!!

The hotel is brand new with clean and comfy rooms. Very close to the metro and the main train station and there are lots of bars and restaurants around.
The breakfast is poor with only Japanese options (not even toast) and although the staff doesn't speak much English they are very sweet and polite

We booked an economy room in this hotel for 5 nights. The staff were wonderful, especially the breakfast lady. There was quite a choice for breakfast and the toast was lovely. The room was small, as all Japanese city hotels are, but very clean and well equipped. There was a washing machine 200¥ outside the hotel. The hotel also had vending machines and a microwave, which we used the night a cyclone was due. The location was great, 10 min walk from Osaka station, 5 mins from metro and Japan's longest shopping street. Four stops to Dotonbori area with all its bright lights, shops and many restaurants.

The hotel is near to Minami-Morimachi Station of 2 subway line. Just using Exit 2, turn left and walk for about 5mins you can see the hotel at your left. For Minami-Morimachi Station, one of the subway line link to Tengachaya station that you can connect with Nankai KIX airport express. Basically, you just around 45mins traveling from KIX airport.

The room is really new and clean. Japanese tea are provided in room with kettle. You can choose mineral water, tea or coffee from the reception counter daily. Housekeeping is provided too with no additional charges. Wifi is free also. The TV in room only have 1 Chinese channel and 1 English channel.

Breakfast is good for me although not a wide selection, but they do change the menu daily. Besides from Japanese food, they do have bun and toast as well.

The staff are very polite and I strongly recommended this hotel. However, do note that they strictly follow the check in time at 3pm and check out time at 11am.

Although this hotel is a normal business hotel, the reception is friendly, the breakfast venue is cafe-style and delicious, and there are many shampoos to choose from, so it's a good hotel and I've become a regular. All-you-can-eat buffets are good, but you end up eating too much and it's bad for your health, and hot springs are good, but it takes time to get to and from the hot springs, and the midnight noodles at Dormy Inn are delicious, but unhealthy at that time of day. The breakfast here is a moderate amount and a good healthy meal. It's also amazing that they offer up to 10,000 yen QUO cards.

Although the hotel is located along Route 1, it was quiet and I was able to sleep well. It is very convenient as it is on both the Midosuji Line and the Sakaisuji Line. The hotel is new, so it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is homemade and very healthy. Walking to Umeda Station is a good workout. It's a good idea to walk as if you are going to get a little exercise. The front desk was very friendly and there is a convenience store nearby, so it is perfect for business use. Thank you for your help.
